Reasonable price, fully equipped apartment room. Good location, it's quite near the lake. There's nothing luxurious about this hotel but you'll get all the basics and the room is generally clean. They offered me a premium room with the view of the lake for free.

Considering price, nothing specific. Don't expect anything like a 4-5 stars hotel but you'll have the necessities.

The room was spacious and the triple room was perfect for three people, kitchenette was a plus. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly. Location close to train station and river is convenient and pretty close to tourist spots.

The room was a bit dated and there was no AC.

The staff were, without exception, wonderful. Delightful greeting on our arrival from Pascal on reception. Thank you! Pascal continued to willingly help and guide us throughout our stay. Breakfast staff so kind and friendly. As were the ladies who cleaned our room. Yes, the hotel is a little dated but not an issue as we couldn't fault the facilities and everything was spotlessly clean etc . The Drake certainly ticked all boxes for us. Eg..so few hotels provide a bath tub these days! And a little kitchenette! Most comfortable bedroom. Breakfast great. 5 mins walk to Lakeside. Gorgeous lakeside walks in either direction. Convenience- Last day, it took us 35 mins from door to door, hotel to airport using our free transport pass (arranged by the hotel)..... Tram line is 5 mins walk from hotel. No 15 tram to railway station (2 stops) then the airport train. I couldn't see the point in staying in any other location. Very central for everything but the bonus- on a side street and very quiet location. (Some of the most imposing, expensive hotels, equally central, are in very busy and noisy locations) We will definitely stay in the Drake next time.

Everything was great, from the warm welcome of Jean-Pascal who helped us book a restaurant for my girlfriend birthday, gave us advice on where to go and what to visit, or just having a every day conversion with him. We can't thank him enough for having made our 1st holidays so special. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, an extra point to the shower/bath, which has essential oil capsules and makes you feel like in a SPA. The location is very centrale, and the travel pass included with the room allowed us to visit more of the city. Will definitely recommend and come back next time we're in Geneva.

The room was excellent, clean, comfortable, with big windows and great bathroom and kitchen. Very close to the lake, close to a small beach for swimming, the train station, the tram (no15) and the bus stop (no25 & No1) also very close. There is a taxi boat (M4) that makes it easy to go across the lake. For the end, all the staff very friendly and with big smiles! The hotel was pet friendly, and the staff also🥰 Merci beaucoup !

There is a nice kitchen in the room but there was not cleaning products and a small sponge so we could leave everything that we used totally clean.

Half the rooms face the south. So did mine. It gets extremely hot in summer. They should do something about that: eg sun screens

We like the room gave us space. The kitchen and bathroom were in separate areas. The walk from the airport to hotel with 2 luggage is not that bad. The staff in the breakfast room were very nice

The room did not get hot enough for the winter time. And the electricity went out on us twice. Maintenance can to reset it immediately. The second time I did the reset myself. Both times we had to use the room phone to call downstairs. And upon check out, they want to charge us for the rooms. European breakfast does not provide options. The breakfast was 1.75 out of 5.

Breakfast included was good, simple breakfast but good. Kitchen included in the room was handy. Awesome that you could close doors between bedroom and the hall and kitchen and bathroom. Beds were big and comfy. Good chairs and you can really darken the room for the night which is lovely. Location is really good. All of Geneva is easily reached on foot.

The rooms are super noisy. You can hear so so much from rooms around you and other floors. The doors in the room are super noisy. You try to sneak out without waking your partner, but NOPE. The bar is automated, which is a great concept. But it has been out of order the whole trip. Owh and prices in Geneva (and Swiss in general) are far from fair. For what you pay you except world class, but it is far from.

A well modernised hotel, superbly situated close to the lakeshore. Clean and spacious room with ensuite and the added bonus of a kitchenette. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us a late check out. A good breakfast with a variety of choices was served in a pleasant room. Free transport by train, boat, tram and bus within the city of Geneva is an added bonus.

I enjoyed the pleasant, warm greeting of the staff and the directives and advice they provided upon check-in. breakfast was a great variety as a continental brunch. The room size was nice and spacious. The closet and kitchenette were a nice feature of the room and rather useful. The hotel was in a great location to the venue I had my meetings and great location for walking or catching the tram to the food stores, bars, restaurants, shopping areas, and main bus and train station in Geneva.

The room in general and the kitchenette could have used a bit more care in smell and cleanliness. There were bugs in my room that I saw on the walls and on the dresser even on days when I got my room attended. There was an odd smell permeating from the fridge and the vents in the kitchenette. The hotel definitely needs to address that.
