Loved the room and area around hotel had many shops and a heb store nearby lobby is very nice as well. Has a nice pool. Very quite and upscale neighborhood. Had plenty of parking spaces. Hotel is quiet which is nice.

Staff was okay no special attention, i did see manager talking to other gests but not us. Even though they have a sign saying they do daily cleaning of room it is not true. We stayed 4 nights and only had sheets changed once. The other times they were in room bed was only made but did put fresh towels and emptied trash. Breakfast is nice but jucies were the same all 4 days , a little repetive.

I loved that everything was so comfortable. From the bed, to the rest of the layout of the room. The shower was really nice and easy to use. Everyone i interacted with was very nice. I would definetly stay again.

I only had a few complaints maybe for the future. Because the high 5 kitchen closes so early, i wish there were more options for food in the little concessions area. I also wish the tv was a bit easier to manuever. And i wish the hotel provided bigger shower towels, and not just 1 size.

Lobby is very well decorated and welcoming. It fit well with the Lakeway vibe. I appreciated the hard surface floors in the room; felt cleaner than carpet that doesn’t get scrubbed everyday. The walk-in shower was convenient and safer than a tub-shower combo. Breakfast choices were great!

At first the bed felt comfortable but my back was tight and sore in the morning. I think it was too soft for my older bones. The side chair was pretty but uncomfortable.

The things we liked the most were the great shower and the comfortable bed. The breakfast was hot and different options were available. The staff was the best, especially Ms. Barnett and another lady that worked with her.

Several things we didn't like were the small size of our room with a king size bed. The way the doors opened and the small entrance provided difficulties with getting in and out with luggage. Another suggestion would be a hard copy of a TV guide and more channel options.

Location and cleanliness.

Breakfast was poor. Attendants were not replenishing empty items at 8am. No bacon. Eggs were poor. Bagels were stale. Needed an upgrade overall on breakfast. For price I expected some makeup removers in room, some upscale bath products, and Atleast a good breakfast. Room was adequate but had a weird burnt smell.

Great breakfast! Waffle maker in the shape of the state of Texas! Very nice location in a small upscale outdoor mall area. Located outside of the city on the way to hill country and very pretty scenery. Felt extremely safe and seemed to be a new hotel.

It costs a little more than other areas of town but was worth it for the quality of the hotel and breakfast.

Adequate selection of food options. Gym was great. Front desk service helpful.

Air Conditioner/Heater leaked water and a 12" puddle formed. Problem reported at 10 AM and at 9 PM the puddle was still there. To their benefit, it did happen on a Sunday. On Monday morning during check-out, Front desk was notified again.

Very convenient for my activities. My family came to celebrate my Husband birthday we did zip-line and went to the marina for rent a boat, everything is close to the hotel, the sushi bar was perfect at the end of the day

The property and the staff make my experience great, unfortunately when I did check in something was wrong with my reservation because they offer me in the app a deluxe suit room with 2 queen beds and sofa bed my surprise !!! they don’t have that kind of suit in the property it’s the only that make feel disappoint and angry but the lady at the front desk was so patient and very respectful to explain it was a mistake and try to give me the best option for accommodate my family

it was a nice property, the girl at the front desk was really nice.

it falsely advertises double queen room with a sofa bed. we had a party of 5 and it made it uncomfortable, also they didn’t have connecting rooms available. they only have 1 roll out bed in the whole hotel and it was being occupied.

Hotel is very modern, the beds are super comfortable. We had a double Queen room and I slept solidly. No outside noise, no disturbances in the hallway, room was prefect temp that we could adjust if needed. No bath but the shower was spacious and good water pressure. Staff were wonderful on check in.
