Anna is the bomb! She needs a raise! She went over and above helping us find a server and made sure we were taken care of before she left her shift. Front desk reception and valet were great as well.

The Crenshaw menu was limited and the sever did not bring the appetizer first she brought it with the order. he flies are insane and needs to be some kind of zapper or control device for that.

The property is stunning-so well taken care of with sprawling views of Texas Hill Country. We absolutely loved sitting by the fire pit at night. While we were warming ourselves by the fire-a staff member (Michael )came out and brought us a s’mores kit compliments of the hotel. Also-when we checked in I shared with the staff member (Ting) that my daughter is getting married and that we were staying at the Omni Barton Creek so that we could experience and tour it with our wedding planner. Ting immediately upgraded us to a suite! We had such a wonderful experience with all of the staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone.

Location and grounds

The Buffet staff service was the worst. One waiter was very good but the one we had did everything wrong. We were ordering off the menu and when we asked for coffee I also requested suger and milk. I asked him over 4 times as he came and went over 15 minutes and had to finaly ask another waiter for it. It just made our experience difficult just to get coffee.

Loved the rooms and facilities. Loved the walking area for dogs. Loved Bobs steakhouse! Staff was wonderful.

Breakfast was pricey for children. Charge for dogs was ridiculous….I realize some can tear up a room but I would imagine most of the dogs that stay there are well mannered

- Large spacious rooms - Various amenities and facilities available, including 2 family pools, 1 adult infinity pool, mini golf, spa, nature hike - Decent selection of restaurants, best if you stay over the weekend when most are open - Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating - Child friendly: they were given an activity bag upon check-in and restaurants would often provide activity sheets and crayons to preoccupy kids

This place is such a gem! I’ve visited Austin many times, but typically stay in the downtown area. This time we decided to give Omni Barton creek a try, and it did not disappoint! Went for my birthday, and they made it very special with a hand written note, champagne, and upgrading us to a suite! The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and the food was incredible! Also the spa and pool facilities are heaven, very clean but also surrounded by breathtaking views! My husband and I highly recommend this resort, and we will definitely coming back!

Beautiful property, room and grounds. Spa was very nice. Loved the heated pools. Very relaxing experience.

The food at the restaurants on property weren't the best. It wasn't bad per se, but wasn't great either. I would rate the food average. We did not try the Blind Salamander or Bobs Chop house though. We did eat at all the others.

The staff was great! Very professional and very helpful, from the bell men, valet, front desk, restaurant staff were all exceptional.

The lack of food option, especially late in the evening.

The hotel and property were absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed the activities provided. My husband really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. All staff that we came in contact with were very nice, helpful, and provided great overall customer service.

We were on a wait list for the spa, but wasn't able to get an appointment. It was suppose to be a Father's day surprise for my husband. The spa staff was very nice though. We will try again next time.
