Beautiful property and great location. The staff were all super friendly and all were smiling. The pool was really nice. We liked that there were complimentary pool towels. The complimentary breakfast on Sunday was absolutely delicious and a nice surprise.

The room could have been better for the price. There was a yellow spot on one of the white comforters on the bed. The shower handle was not working properly. It was very difficult to turn the shower off and on. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. When traveling with children, it’s not always feasible to go down to the lobby to use the microwave. The room was booked for 4 occupants. It was disappointing that there was only enough towels for 2 people in the room. We arrived late and had to call for more towels. We could never get the WiFi to work on our devices.

The location was convenient for the business I had in the area. Parking was convenient. I wish there were an EV charger other than Tesla, but found a ChargePoint point site within walking distance I could use. The "free" charger at the Whole Foods across the street was in terrible disrepair and apparently hasn't worked for months so staff needs to know not to recommend it to clients. The Galleria shopping area had several good dining options. I didn't check out the hotel restaurant. Also nice to have a close movie theater for an evening entertainment away from the hotel close enough to walk if desired (or a 2 minute drive with closer parking).

The breakfast bar options in the popup kiosk in the lobby were disappointing. Free coffee was nice, but nothing looked appetizing and sort of reminded me of options at a local gas station. Would be better to just have items in the on site store and the coffee, not try to call it a breakfast. I felt sorry for the friendly staff member who was working in the kiosk. There was no where to sit and eat that I saw except the lobby couches or take back to the room.

I booked the room because my air conditioner was broken and it was over 100 degrees in Austin that day. I just wanted a cool room and a pool. The property was sparsely used, the pool was beautiful and refreshing and I slept comfortably in a nice chilly room.

The outdoor seating on the rooftop deck could use some misters or fans to make the area more comfortable. Its a beautiful view from there at sunset.

Very nice property close to the galleria shopping outlets. Nice bar and restaurant very friendly and welcoming staff.

Didn’t like the 4am fire alarm going off the first night we were there. Most everybody spent around an hour outside the building wondering what was going on, no one came and told us if we could enter the building or what the problem was. People just started to go back to their rooms once the alarm stopped. Think they need to work on that.

Staff was helpful, friendly and responsive; every area was clean and smelled good; lobby and outside area was beautiful and quiet.

The mattresses in my room were not comfortable because the head of the mattress sloped down. We had to get extra pillows to keep our heads up.

Used the breakfast voucher proved with reservation. An excellent value.

Had problems with the door/elevator key. Front desk gave us a new one and it worked fine. Parking garage is a little scary. Ceiling was designed to low in many locations, and the column placement makes parking too tight.

Fairly new clean hotel that is within walking distance of shops and restaurants in The Galleria, rooftop bar to meet friends and eat shareables, nice room with large shower.

Facilities and pool were nice.

We paid right at $200 per night. When we checked in we were told breakfast was “Grab & Go”. We get that with COVID. What we didn’t appreciate was charging for this. We had a 1 year old they charged $2 for a banana, $3 for coffee, etc. I feel this should have been part of our stay like most other “continental breakfasts” at hotels.

Stayed during COVID and the precautions at the hotel, cleanliness, etc. were all fantastic. Outside of COVID, the location, comfort and staff were all excellent as well. We chose this area to explore the Austin area for possible relocation. It was central to all the places we wanted to see and offered us a great home base. Close to Whole Food for stocking up on traveling supplies, and obviously tons of good food trucks and dining options nearby.

If I had to find one nit, the elevator buttons were super weird and hard to press. It is like some designer picked the coolest panel from an elevator catalog but never actually tried them before installation.
