We chose the Marriott because it was not so close to the Freeway but accessible to the great complex of shops and restaurants. Awesome breakfast!

Great area, easy check in and parking. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was great

Breakfast did not have any meat options and I’m more than positive it’s probably because management wants cheaper cost. You get scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, pre heated sausage burritos, oatmeal, cereal and the waffle maker. Again no meat, like it’s an incomplete meal if feels like but still good either way just a weird thing to not have. Bathrooms could’ve been cleaner, there was hair in my tub and also the sides were a bit dirty. Better shower curtains as well because I had to use another towel to keep the water in

Very nice facility. Breakfast is great, new and clean look throughout.

Strangely enough, our rooms window (214) was frosted glass so you can't see outside. You wake up in the morning, open the shades...but nope...you aren't going to see outside today. Never before been in a hotel room where the window was frosted...felt like we were on an inside room on a cruise ship with no window. Water pressure in shower was COMICAL. It has the flow rate of a Keurig coffee maker. One day I opted for a wet washcloth in the microwave for my daily shower....and was probably wetter than if I had showered!

I have stayed here a few times now when I come in to Austin for work and do not want to drive back to San Antonio. This location is very convenient. It is a very quiet location which is a bonus for me. I am out early the next morning for work. I love the location of the pool in that it does not cause undue noise for the rest of us, especially now in the summer. I always ask to get a room away from it too which helps and this has always been accommodated.

I really appreciate the cleanliness of the property. I arrived late and the front desk was very accommodating. And as a woman alone with children, safety is paramount.

This isn't really your fault but some guests are so hungry that the breakfast disappears quite early. The parking lot was a little scary. Security would be nice.

The ladies at the front desk (Lexie & Rosa) we’re absolutely phenomenal! They were so sweet & helpful! Room smelt amazing (freshly cleaned) & the breakfast had a GREAT variety! Pool/hot tub were great temperatures & my 7 month old was actually able to get in the pool cause it wasn’t freezing cold! Location was great as well!

Literally my only complaint were the pillows. I didn’t sleep well only because the pillows weren’t comfy at all and they’re tiny.

the property was well kept up and very clean and maintained . the staff was super sweet and well welcomed:)

some of the restroom was a little dirty and right when you came into the room it had a smell but of course the housekeeping helped out . also we were on 3rd floor and we could hear a lot of running around at midnight till 2:45am .

The hotel was very clean, Covid measures in place. Felt safe our entire stay. Great location near shopping, restaurants and highways. Bed was very comfortable, firm. Not too soft like some places. Bathroom was roomy and modern and shower had plenty of room! The best feature for me was the shelf ledge for all your shower needs!! Not like those rounded ledges you normally see that barely fit 2 bottles . AND it even had a foot ledge for shaving! Felt like a fairly new hotel. Fresh new carpets and wallpaper. No hot breakfast, but they did offer continental style. Hot coffee 24 hrs a day which for my husband was great! Plenty of chain restaurants/fast food close by but we chose to support local businesses when eating out during our stay! All in all I was very happy and would highly recommend!! Definitely would stay here again!

We had a fire alarm incident during our stay and the entire property had to evacuate at 1am. Would have been nice to have been provided an update as to what caused the alarm via email from the property next morning or sign by elevators. Thankfully no one was hurt and property seemed to be fine. But some families had little ones and ran out just with essentials so acknowledgement for the incinvenience from the property would have been a nice customer service touch. (Speaking from 15 yrs in customer service & hospitality.)

Breakfast was good. Nice variety. I liked that it stayed open a little later on the weekend. I also enjoy that the hotel provides nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash in NORMAL size bottles for you to use while there.

That you can only adjust the thermostat up or down by 10 degrees each way, no in between.

I didn’t like the quality of the breakfast items very much like the omelette and sausage. I would have liked flavored creamers for my coffee. Also, there were no waters in the room and no disposable cups in room to get water from sink.
