The rooms were a good size & staff was very friendly. I had ordered a King room, but the bed was a Queen size. I didn't know hotels had rooms with 1 Queen bed - those rooms usually come with 2 Queens. No problem, just surprised.

The problem was the smell. They had scented the rooms with a fragrance Sooo overwhelming that people with sensitivities to smell, like some in my family have, would Not have been able to stay. Sensitivities like this can cause cold-like symptoms & asthma. Also - be aware there is no breakfast served, which was no problem to us. It may be why this was the cheapest option in the area at $152.

I liked that there were utensils, plenty of space and comfy beds. good cable tv, the room was cozy

I didn’t like that there was no bath plug, the carpet was sticky, I could hear other doors opening and closing all night long along with chatter, I also spotted a cockroach on the kitchen counter. there was also no DVD player as advertised.

Dee at the front desk was the most accommodating receptionist ever! I am forever grateful for her helping me and my family escape the Texas heat while we were in town for a baseball tournament, and check in a tad bit earlier than scheduled. My children were happy campers for the weekend. Great spacious room and nice outdoor pool.

The rooms were very spacious and we loved the full kitchens. The shower worked well and the beds were really comfortable. I would definitely stay here again as long as they address the cockroaches and bad smell in the elevator!

I found a few cockroaches in the hotel, one in my room and one in the lobby. also the Elevator had a horrible burning sent in it at all times of day and night!

The room was clean and stocked with all the basics that we needed, the staff were helpful, the location was very convenient to the sports arena that my daughter was competing at.

The manager called the day of check in to tell me they didn’t have the room that I booked available. Instead of two queen beds we were given a king and a roll away cot. This wasn’t preferable but we made it work and were compensated. Though there were four of us in the room which was noted when I booked, we were only provided three towels. We asked for an extra but it didn’t arrive. I would stay here again however.

The bed and the linens were nice, having the kitchenette is always nice

The hall smelled strongly of wet dog, and we were told we could get a rollaway bed which then turned out to not be available.. The refrigerator made a ton of noise and you could hear all the room doors open and close which was distracting when trying to go to sleep

Pretty convenient location to the airport (especially if you take the toll road). VERY friendly staff. The king bedroom suite was very spacious. Kitchenette included toaster. There's also a lending cabinet for other kitchen supplies (e.g. crockpot) or games, etc. Great option for saving money and not eating out every meal. I'd recommend the king suite with separate bedroom if you have a toddler or baby - the adjoining room with door and separate ac unit is spacious, as is the living room, great for naptime or bedtime options.

I wish there were better photos of the rooms available. The quality of the frying pan in the kitchenette was not awesome (not non-stick), but it did the job. I ended up buying kitchen sponges to try to scrub it out better. Texas roads are ridiculously bad.

Large rooms, with everything you need for long stays.

They do not offer breakfast, only items you can purchase to heat up. Also, you can only exchange two towels a day for clean ones and, but we had three people.

For the price it should have came with breakfast.

I it was well appointed, in great condition, quiet, clean and comfortable

Only noticed one area that needed more tlc. the area around the range needed a little more detail in cleanliness. There was grime built up which was disappointing compared to the rest of the room and what I saw of the rest of the hotel
