Location good. Breakfast good. Staff friendly.
Toilet in room would not stop running. Did not affect sleep as just shut the bathroom door. Did a pre check-in on line with requested room number and confirmed as advertised in app. Hotel assigned different room with no prior notification so that if the digital entry did work, would not have been going to correct room. Staff had no knowledge of pre check-in.

Location was excellent and the king suite was very spacious. Bed was clean and comfortable.
I booked through booking.com and paid at time of booking thru the website. When I checked in at Hampton they asked for a credit card for incidentals and actually charged my card for the full night a second time.

The staff was pleasant and responsive.
The building wasn't secure. There were two exterior doors where the closer was broken so whenever anyone went outside the door remained wide open. The exterior door to the pool area, which was closed due to water damage from the freeze, was wide open for anyone to enter at any time because the exit push bar was broken. Seems like a real liability for the staff and guests.

The location was perfect for us. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We especially like that the hotel was within walking distance to the dance hall, Mavericks. Fun place!
I didn’t like the key not working to get back in the building. It was late and our keys wouldn’t open the doors. Another couple tried too and my son tried the side door with no luck. Finally an employee opened the door for us all to get in.

I booked 3 rooms and they were very clean. Will definitely stay there again. Very friendly front staff.

Bathroom ceiling was poorly repaired. it was obvious it had once had a leak. The poor repair made the bathroom look shabby.

The stay was over all great.
What I did not like was that breakfast was advertised. The “breakfast” was more like a snack. I was expecting eggs and bacon not peanuts an orange and a water.... please advertise a free “refreshments” not breakfast.
