Sleep Inn & Suites Gatlinburg

The kids loved the pool! I loved that they had fridge and microwave in each room, and a Laundry facility (1 set). I have very stricked dietary needs, and this coupled with the INCLUDED hot continental breakfast for the kids and my husband made life easier. Gatlinburg was a quick stop for us and I was able to regroup after a really crazy long drive from the last stop. Easy place to walk everywhere from. My husband and I absolutely loved the gentleman at the desk he was there for most of our stay and was able to finagle helping us stay in the same room for same price for a second night. He is a hard worker and could be seen doing alittle bit of everything, and always with a smile and so nice. That man is 9ththe Gem we found in gatlinburg. I hope the owners know what they have. I unfortunately never got his name, but if you stay there, you'll know who I'm talking about.

I didn't like how everything felt very disjointed. The pool, parking garage, laundry and ice, but it's it's old building, what ya gonna do? We were also on the 2nd floor (main floor) I rated based on the areas of the hotel we used. I used the 1st floor as the laundry, ice, and bathrooms for pool are there, the ceilings were very dingy and could use a re-paneling. You could see evidence of past water issues all over.

For the rating and the price, it was just as expected. Not perfect nor luxurious, but clean, comfortable, and sufficient for our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and overall it was a quiet, safe environment that was within walking distance to downtown but not too in the midst of the hustle and bustle.

The location was really good. It is approximately 1/4 mile from the main intersection. The hotel is older, kept up the best that we could tell and was quiet. We would stay again if we would choose.

The hotel is in a location with little foot traffic, its older, its a decent place and breakfast is kind of lacking. The staff were very nice and helpful.

We loved the lazy river. My toddler was obsessed with it and we honestly spent more time there than anticipated. The location was great. Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful. While the hotel feels well used, it was still clean and I would stay here again.

We booked a King Suite for the use of the balcony/patio and jacuzzi tub. The patio was 12-feet from a 5 lane highway making it unusable as we had a toddler. A comparable room with a balcony was not available. The Jacuzzi tub was not well cleaned and debris started swirling around when i started it.

it was in a very quiet part of town so you could enjoy the peace. the pool was enclosed in not out in the elements so you could stay warm plus they had a hot tub. the rooms were very updated. I happen to got a room overlooking the pool so I could watch my kids. nice breakfast every morning and you didn't have to rush down when it first starts because they keep it stocked.

the only place you could smoke was at the front of the building. not by the pool or even on your balcony if you had one. so it sucked some having to freeze just to go out in the morning. it would have been ok if there was more coverage or standalone heaters. there was no housekeeping. whatever you needed you have to keep running to the desk for.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, very friendly and accommodating staff. The motel sits about 1/2 mile from the main shopping/attraction area of the parkway where all the action happens, so walking there was a bit too far for us, but still a good location.

Breakfast was good, but their sausage is very poor quality. I found it inedible which is unfortunate if you need protein for breakfast to maintain good sugar levels. There are lots of cereals, muffins, waffles, and all that high-carb sugary stuff.

Staff is a1. Always had a smile. Always willing to help. They all need a raise. They helped us is recommendations and directions. Our ac wasnt working correctly, and they fixed it next morning. I talked to the maintenance man and he was very kind. Overall, all staff was wonderful that we talked to. Would come back based on staff alone.

Our room was slightly dirty when we checked in. We took a lysol wipe and wiped the counters and jacuzzi off and pulled off dirt, dust and debris. Stains in couch cushions.I know we hurried them to check into our room, so it may be the case in they were hurried and flew through cleaning.

The king suite is huge. It was completely updated and very clean. The bed was so comfortable and the jacuzzi worked perfect. The gas fireplace worked really good and was relaxing to watch. The balcony is shared with the room next to you, which is only shared because they are adjoining rooms. We were on the 6th floor and could see the mountains all around us. would and will reserve the room again just to spend the weekend in the hotel. It has an indoor pool which was a plus since it was cold outside when we went.

The 3 front desk personnel we had was wonderful, and the housekeepers were friendly! The breakfast was light and good! The pool area was great relaxation and fun for the kids on the rainy day. The room served its purpose well with enough space. The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. Great location as well!!!

Only a couple things were unconvenient but easily looked over. The hallways were muggy and hot. Which we were walking through it in literally 45 seconds max so no harm done there. And a chest of drawers would have been nice to have for our stay, we have a family of 4.

The room was very clean and nice. The spa tub was spacious and the king bed was very nice. There was a fire place but we did not use it. I like the location because it is not in the very middle of things but still within walking distance.

The outside of the hotel was outdated. I was a little worried but when I saw our room I was pleasantly surprised. The sofa in the room was a little old but okay. The pool area was fine but the lazy river was very short.
