Quality Inn & Suites Gatlinburg

The provided breakfast was actually impressive. We didn't expect a whole lot from the looks of the hotel, but they had a ton of options and the staff would come in very often to clean up the stations.

To me, you get what you pay for. We just needed a spot to sleep. It's not a fancy hotel at all, but it did the job. The condition of the building and just overall look of the doors and outside would make you say "im not staying here" but it is a great value for just somewhere to sleep.

Lovely place, we booked a standard room but we were upgraded to a larger suite with a gas fireplace and it was absolutely fantastic. I cannot overstate how nice it is to have a fireplace in your hotel room! Other than that the room was generally comfy, clean, and spacious. The free breakfast buffet was nice, obviously don't expect five star cuisine but as far as free food goes it was quite tasty. Ample onsite parking, and you're about a 10 or 15 minute walk from the very centre of Gatlinburg.

Arrived on Sunday and on Wednesday I asked if they cleaned rooms and he said yes. Told him our room had not been cleaned since we arrived. Said he would make sure it was cleaned. We got back to the room that evening and all they had done was put clean towels on the table and a roll of toilet paper. Old towels were not picked up and trash was not emptied the whole time we were there.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times. It’s a nice, clean hotel tucked away at the edge of town. Not too far of a walk to the festivities. Has a nice view from the balcony.

Had a pleasant experience each stay until this year. Occupied a double bed room and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Beds were comfortable on prior stays.

Very Pet Friendly!! That was our main reason to stay there.

The room was bigger than I anticipated and clean

The pet policy could have been more simpler I have small dogs that are used to being alone for hours but the policy was I could not leave them in the room and if I did the facility would call the human society to have them picked up.

They welcome pets! We travel with our cat! Yes, cat! All over the US and Canada ( when border is open ). It’s difficult to find 3+ star hotels that welcome him. We are cleaner than most travelers and ALWAYS have his litter box which sits on a waterproof packing blanket, he is not a scratcher, leave a room just as we found it and a tip. The location was great. Access to the Mountains fantastic. The pool was nice after the 98degree days.

Nothing to really dislike. Just the age of the hotel and we knew that going in. As I said... kitty likes to travel too!

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Location is at the end of town so its a bit of a walk to get to the stores but in Gatlinburg you walk everywhere anyways! plenty of parking and every room has a balcony(except ground floor) Best price in town!

Building is dated/older. My room was clean but the paint especially on the balcony rails needs repainting or touching up. the stone work outside needs pressure spraying. the wall light next to my balcony would turn on and off every few minutes. It is bright shining down onto the sidewalk from above(6th floor) so that was very annoying
