We have stayed here several times in the past. The hotel is a bit older but well kept and the location is right downtown so its easy to walk to restaurants, shops, etc. The staff is great! We needed to change our departure date and the manager was very professional, courteous, friendly and accommodating. We had made the reservation via Booking and our change needed to be approved by the manager which he took care of immediately.

Breakfast was supposed to start at 6 a.m. but was delayed twice due to late arrival of staff. Not a huge deal but either staff should arrive early to set up or change the start time to 6:30 a.m.

Location was perfect and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. There was a nice park near by that my children enjoyed when they needed to burn off some extra energy. Also close by were the attractions like Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Custer State Park. The room was perfect for what we needed.

The only complaint I had was the lack of breakfast choices. There was no option for low carb diet restrictions like eggs, sausage, etc... The breakfast worked, but wasn't great.

The location was great. Restaurants and gift shops were steps away. Basic breakfast but we were fed. Staff when arrived was very friendly. Her name was Natalie.

Booking.com said there was a pool and the pool was closed permanently. Very disappointing. But they have us a coupon to use their sister hotels pools. That was nice of them. But still little inconvenient. Booking.com fault for not updating that info.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate my wife who was still healing from a broken leg. When they found out it was her birthday, the word spread and everyone was wishing her a happy birthday. When we returned to the room that evening they had left a lovely note and a cookie to help celebrate. Thank you!

The parking area is a little cramped. No biggie for our car, but lots of big trucks.

Clock in room did not work. No stop in drain , broken door security lock, bed frame fell apart. We were on two different floors, complained and were moved to main floor with the other part of our immed family. 2 have handicaps walking and their is no elevator to the 2nd floor. Not easy taking luggage up or down. They did sack breakfasts,same thing in the bag 3 days in a row🤪 not happy with that! Parking was not easy, very crowded parking lot. We would not stay there again.

Main street location - easy access and off street parking - comfortable rooms - grab and go breakfast was OK - very helpful staff - often too many for the workload but they were all young and getting great work experience. Swimming pool was large and enclosed so not much noise from the kids who had a great time.

Ice machine was broken. Reversing in to the car space only to find a small sign on the wall saying "no reverse parking"!

Breakfast was fine. Grab and go. Location of the hotel was perfect for all the places I wanted to visit.

The air conditioning/room-cooling unit was very loud. I had difficulty hearing the TV above the hum of the unit. So, I had to crank up the TV volume which is not really desirable. Apart from that everything was fine.

Location right on the main highway was a bit noisy on the weekend and I did not try the grab and go breakfast

Sign on door of shower said close during shower or bath as the smoke alarm will go off when steam is detected thus seems a bit disturbing to me the sprinkler system should be able to detect smoke vs steam from a normal shower???

We liked the clean room and friendly staff.

The pool was small and the bottom wasn’t fully smooth. Need update maybe? Other than that we got our swimming in. What bed is like your bed at home? The mattress was too firm, but I did sleep through the night once I put a pillow between my child and I.

Customer service was fantastic. The front desk people where very Professional and friendly. Definitely would recommend this hotel. When we come back that way we will definitely stay again
