New, clean,.super comfy hotel rooms and facilities. Breakfast and workout room available. Parking was safe, well lit and easy. The outdoor space was nice to enjoy food and relaxation in between work..rooms have large desk and power stations along with a great TV, comfy bed and mini fridge, coffee, microwave. Shampoo and conditioner are built into the shower wall which was great. The only unsatisfying part was the front desk attitude upon arrival. Jo was rude and told me that my room was being checked to ensure it was available at 5:30pm. Her aggressive rude attitude was a huge turn off but as a professional I overlooked it and moved on. Hospitality these days isn't always charming.

I love the location in relation the the Army Base. They style and overall look of the hotel was great. The free breakfast in the morning had a great spread.

My son was the first to take a shower the first night we arrived. the shower water would not drain and started to flood out of the shower. He lifted the drain guard and we found a disgusting glob of black hair clogging the drain. I had to remove it. The towels we were given for the shower were also covered in the same long black hair. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom.

The front desk people both Emmanuel and Phyllis were both extremely pleasant and made the stay so much better they were significantly above and beyond what they needed to be another reason to come back would be how friendly and accommodating they truly are here

There's nothing to complain about everything was superior to expatiation the area it's located in might not be the best in the state but you're close to everything you could possibly need and most places deliver right to your room

The hotel is beautiful. The room layout is nice. Comfy bed, did not smell like old rug, very clean. Great breakfast buffet 😋, spacious.

The walls are very thin. Whoever stayed in the room next to me had a child that kept slamming the sliding door all night long till almost 2 am.

We didn't have time to grab breakfast. We had to be somewhere by 7:30 that took 30 minutes to get there. Room set up was great - spacious, great bed. Nice bathroom. Very modern.

Location was a bit out of the way - we were not there for anything on Fort Jackson. We were going to a place off Trotter Road, about 6 miles away. Little high on price.

This hotel smelled good. The breakfast was nice. I needed to stay another night and was told nothing was available. Then I booked a room online and the clerk didn’t want to say anything about it. Other than that the hotel was awesome!

That I was told nothing was available and I had to do my own research to find an available room in the hotel.

The staff! Room was comfy. Phyllis at the desk was very nice and helpful. We moved out of town to the area. She gave us insight on the area and tips on where to eat. She was the best!!!!

Fee to wash clothes was too high ($3 to wash and $3 to dry).

Breakfast was good breakfast person was nice

They didn't have any grits... a lil more different fruits... and the fact I had to pay for a night that I wasn't able to stay but I had to because I needed to be able to check in when I got in Columbia.

Breakfast was great. Very clean throughout the facility. Spacious room. Window shade

Door of shower leaks onto floor. Not crazy about bathroom door. Missed refrigeration. Vent doesn’t move on air so cold blowing on bed that is closer. Also it was loud sounding.

The room was very spacious and we loved the layout. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Wewere double charged when we pre-booked. The hotel would not credit my card until we arrived which was a little disappointing.
