The breakfast was pretty good although not a lot of variety and pancake/waffle machine was broken.

One of the best breakfasts for a hotel stay. I have to highlight the evening receptionist who went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken care of and had everything we needed. He has the best demeanor and one can see he is doing his absolute best at the job. My kids loved it here and it was a great little getaway for us as we needed a chance to recharge and refresh from our routine. The quiet room and extra cozy bed helped make that happen.

We stayed here for our son's graduation from basic training at Fort Jackson. Location made it very easy to get to the base. Food was not far (we don't do fast food, so we drove in to Columbia for dinners. Staff was very friendly. We were three adults (husband, wife, adult daughter) traveling, so having the king suite was perfect. Our daughter had a pull out sofa bed all to herself with her own TV and area. We didn't spend much time in the room, but it was perfect for our needs. We had lots of extra totes, cooler, etc, but we weren't crowded at all.

Since many of the hotel guests were attending graduation, it would have been nice if breakfast was earlier. It was recommended that we arrive on base by 7 am, and breakfast didn't start early enough for us to take advantage of it.

Breakfast was ok. I think the Hampton Inn has a better breakfast service. The rooms needs a paint job. The elevators were suspect at best. The staff were amazing! Especially Marcos. Rooms are very spacious especially for a large family.

I mentioned it above. Rooms need a paint job and the elevators were slow, bumpy and took a long time for the doors to open.

Extra towels and wash clothes. We booked our reservation indicating a room for 4, but did not have enough for all four in our group. Wish the reservation booking relayed the necessary adjustment needed to the room. No top blanket in the room for the sofa bed.

did not have breakfast because of time crunch, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. we were staying because we sold our house and in getting ready to move, we needed a place to stay for five days to complete the closing.on site laundry is great, but you need a to have some type of coin machine to change dollar bills into coins

We were on the 3rd floor and the hall carpet did not look like it had been vacuumed for a few days and stayed that way the 3 days that we were there . the comforter had a large yellow stain on it and the bathroom floor had long dark hairs on it . luckily I bring my own blankets and I cleaned the bathroom floor myself.

the overall kept of the hotel and the rooms. everything was neat clean and well put together. the beds were comfy i enjoyed everything i look forward to staying again.

i have no complaints i like everything from parking to entering the hotel to the desk clerk to the halls and elevators to the rooms security breakfast everything met up to my expectation.

It was easy to find and very clean. I felt comfortable to walk in. Whoever greeted me as I walked in was absolutely amazing and very informative!!! I wish it was more people like her in the world. She even went out her way to get me a magazine so I could explore the city which was great, like literally. I really enjoyed myself and can’t wait to bring my family so they can experience what I experienced this weekend.

It wasn’t anything I didn’t like. It was very enjoyable.

The staff was very friendly...I was late for checking in and they held my reservation until I arrived. The hotel.is next to everything ..I was very greatful..thank you

It's on a busy street ..it was a little hard to get out of the drive way
