Drury Inn & Suites Columbus Convention Center

It was such an awesome convenience to have breakfast, snack and dinner included with our stay. I just wish I would have had time to take a dip in the pool! We plan to come back next year so fingers crossed I get a second in my schedule to swim!

It would have been nice to know prior to having my reservation that I made a year in advance cancelled that you MUST make the check in time or else they automatically cancel your reservation. I had a work appointment so we did not make the 3pm check in. They cancelled my reservation but made it right and gave me all of the items and room I booked with my initial reservation once I arrived.

Stayed for a cheerleading competition chose for location, loved amenities. Breakfast was great, evening kick back with complimentary drinks was nice feature, though we weren't able to be at the hotel during that time to use it. Worth the money spent for all the included things and convenient proximity to convention center. Everyone who worked there was great!

We did get a big rain storm, which ended up leaking into our room. Immediately got switched to another room, unfortunately had the same problem. Received an upgraded room with no leaks and had that night removed from bill without asking. A slight inconvenience turned into a great customer experience.

This was our first time ever staying at a Drury Inn. Wow! They were an exceptional hotel. They will now be our go to place to stay. The rooms were very large and meticulously clean. All of the staff that I encountered went out of their way to say hello and ask about my stay. The breakfast and dinner were such a nice touch and were very good. They kept all of the food stations filled and clean at all times. Many little extras such as free drinks each night at the bar and free popcorn were very much appreciated. The location was perfect for us. It connected to the convention center where we needed to go. It took us two minutes to walk through the connected walkway to get there. Parking was easy for the hotel and convenient. Many places to eat, shop and see within walking distance. Great overall stay!

This hotel was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was all very friendly and professional. The security was very comforting knowing you had to use your key card to get in the parking garage and in the elevator to get to your room. The rooms were very clean and appeared to be brand new. The pool area was closed during the day but open at 5:00 for us all to enjoy. The complimentary breakfast and dinners were very good with many choices to choose from. This saved us so much money with two children to not have to go out to restaurants.

I had to search for something but could only come up with the bathroom didn't have a fan and the water control in the shower was a little hard to adjust from being too hot.

The hotel staff was very nice. The hotel is under renovation so things were a little messy in some areas. We got charged for parking but were not made aware that there would be a charge for parking so I wasn't impressed when I got my bill. the breakfast area was nice and the staff was very watchful to make sure everything was available and clean.

The renovation that is currently going on was supposed to be done before we got there but it was not. I did not love the additional charge for parking considering how much we had to pay for the room.

This is a very well maintained hotel. Staff was friendly and super helpful, Pool was well maintained, room was clean, comfortable beds, and the breakfast was good as well. (not your typical bagel and toast stuff). I would absolutely stay here again!

I don't really have any cons, enjoyed my stay. If I had to post 1 confusing thing, they don't keep trash bags in the room. I've never seen that. I actually wanted to clean up after myself and not make their jobs harder, so I had to ask the cleaning lady for a trash bag because the hotel policy is not to put them in the rooms. First I've heard that. Lol

Everything, great location and great service. The size of the room and the free dinner exceeded our expectations and made it more relaxing. Great location to explore Columbus metro park on foot and walk to the Nationwide Arena. Staff were all very helpful and nice. The breakfast was included in the room price and it was OK and the free dinner was a bonus as we were not aware when booking Will definitely stay again when visiting the Nationwide Arena

The room was facing the main road but we where only there for one night so not a problem

The security measures that are taken here are excellent and quite impressive! From the parking garage to the lobby to our room, guest safety was a number one concern for them, and it was greatly appreciated! The staff at the front desk was also amazing! The two ladies that we interacted with were warm and welcoming, fun, professional, helpful,and absolutely on it! Cleanliness was also at its best here!

Surprisingly, we found the beds a bit uncomfortable.

I have always loved Drury Inns but this one was exceptional. The rooms were very spacious, and clean and the beds were comfortable. I loved the security used to get into the building, elevators, and rooms. The area was great to be in in fact it was only 3 miles from where we were going. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was great you could swim inside or outside, the temperature was tepid which I loved. Great hot tub. I will definitely go back.

I really can not say there was anything that I disliked

Very spacious room and helpful and friendly staff. I loved that the hotel was connected to the convention center. The free food was a very welcomed plus. Breakfast was pretty good as well. We are already looking forward to coming back to this hotel next time we need to stay in Columbus.

The only complaints are the Wi-Fi was VERY slow and lacking the speed I needed for the stay. Also another gripe (although small) was that the toilet seat lid would not stay up on its own. The internet should be high speed for sure.
