Breakfast could not have been better. They had everything.

The nightclerk suggested we enter through the exit closest to our room. However the keycard did not work on this door so we had to walk all the way to the front of the building anyway. We "thought" the pool was open until 10 pm (because we reviewed many motels in planning this trip and we may have confused this one with others). We were disappointed to learn when we arrived at 9:00 that it closed at 9. Part of the reason for choosing this site was the indoor pool.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility and the amenities that were included.

There was nothing that I did not like about my stay with the comfort suites.

Really great early bird breakfast w/several options, room had a refrigerator and microwave, fairly zippy wi-fi, nice screen size on the tv, staff extremely pleasant, including housekeeping. Linens were fresh/soft and beds were comfy. Was surprised at the ample room size. It had both a couch and a desk w/several charging ports. Best option for State Fair & Expo Center for sure as it is just off the exit and within walking distance to the fair (w/parking included - huge value).

Wish the pool had been open but it was no big deal as we were at the fair and too worn out to swim. :) Besides, we sort of expected it due to COVID stuff.

The hotel is right off the exit. This hotel is next to the Ohio Fair and Expo Center. We literally walked out of our room and was going through the gate for the Good Guys Car Show within 5 minutes. Bonus! We initially had a check in time for around noon, but we arrived much earlier. When I called to see if we could check in sooner, the gentleman said yes, no problem our room would be ready when we arrived, which was at 9:30am! Nice! Our room was above our standards. We stayed in room 117. A king suite, first floor. The room itself bathroom and all was very clean. Good water pressure for the shower, stays hot! comfortable bed, room is spacious, and quiet! They include a typical continental breakfast with waffle maker. The A/C worked great and was also quiet. We had no issues at all and was very pleased with the quality and overall expectations of this property. Especially after reading some of the reviews beforehand, we did not experience any of those problems. We didn’t get a chance to swim in the pool this time, but we did walk by it numerous times with people swimming. The pool and area around it was clean and water was clear. We will definitely be reserving a room here for next years show! Highly recommend.

There is basically only one door to use. Not really a back or side entrance. We didn’t mind at all. Seems more secure this way

I liked the fact that the coffee and numerous other drinks were kept full, and were readily available, and that there was a good selection of muffins.

I didn’t like the fact that some patrons were allowing very young kids to get their own food, which at times led to them handling food they eventually put back down, and I didn’t like the fact that nobody noticed that flies were getting into the muffin container. To say the least, we DIDN’T eat any muffins that morning.

The staff here were amazing and it felt like a family here. The room was nice and no complaints. The breakfast was better then other grab an go spots as they had many choices and seating for families to eat together. The staff helped with local dining locations and even gave extra towels with a smile, no questions asked. The pool was heated and it was very nice. Its next to the fair grounds so it's helpful.

The location is the only bad thing about the hotel. Be careful going out at night as this is a very high crime area. The hotel had private security which helped the safety of the parking lot. During a event at the convention center, this would be a great spot.

Everything was good in the motel the only thing is that they just don't have a credit card machine without the chip in it so you have to have a credit card with a chip in it some credit cards don't have a chip in it so that's my only thing if they can have another credit card machine that do not take checks they still have my business I love being there

Everything was clean and comfortable. Even the hallways smelled nice which I have found is rare for some strange reason. I really like the small balcony overlooking the lobby and breakfast area. There are only 3 floors and maybe 20 rooms per floor. Pool was open but we got there too late to use it. I didn't give top marks for location because there is not much in the area although there IS a McDonald's basically next door and if you are going to the State Fair you could probably walk there.

The breakfast was....weak. COVID has changed so many things and I fear that many businesses will never return to pre pandemic offerings. The property is aging, and it is starting to show, but not much yet.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and enjoyable to talk to.

They took out the lemon water (I am sure because of COVID) they used to offer and I believe breakfast was downsized from what it used to be, I missed having the hot breakfast food. They also had guests that blocked off part of the parking lot not allowing other guests to go through and park but they probably did not know that.

The staff is very professional and kind. The beds are very comfortable and have a lot to offer in terms of breakfast, fridge, raider and microwave, etc.

The only problem is, I didn’t like what the property is the highway was so close that I could hear the cars going all night.
