Due to its unique student housing/hotel structure, each floor had a full working kitchen with a sink and oven, while the microwave and refrigerator were in your room. Also each floor had a lounging area with inside and outside access.

The location in terms of nearby places was great but the location in terms of accessibility was a bit weird. Trying to find the correct road to correctly pull into the parking garage, while not a hassle, was a little annoying. Couldn't get the hot bubbles.tomworl with the spa and the TV signed us out of our streaming service after one day even though it had us check in and set out checkout date so that it would sign us out automatically after checkout.

The place was adorable. With cute accents unlike a chain motel. Room set up a little different then the usual but made it fun. My single room was small but had everything I needed plenty of storage, big fridge and freezer. Perfect for me. The staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful, the cleaning staff where so nice! They even had my favorite Jenies ice cream and they gave me for free! I love the extra room on our floor with sitting area and kitchen eating area. They had game room and conference etc. but I didn’t get chance to use it. The hotel is near OSU. Very convenient location will definitely stay again when visiting my daughter

It just was a little noisy. Like I could hear the TV in room next to me. And I could hear anyone that walked down hall. They just needed more insulation.

Excellent location to transact work at Ohio State University. All important buildings at walking distance. Small and cozy room with clean sheets and toilets. An inexpensive no frills , clean experience

With luggage the room is cramped up at 185sq feet. There is no wash basin in the toilet and the one in the living area doubles up as a basin and a sink. Attempt to provide a fridge and microwave while good cramps an already small space. No fruits or a budget breakfast on offer. There are spacious places with these facilities at the same price.

The place was one of the cleanest I've seen ever. Smelled really good like coffee when you walk in. The rooms looked really nice and the bed was actually comfortable. Also, most importantly, the staff was very friendly and helpful and a really nice girl even came up to our room after midnight to help us with our TV since we're at times technologically challenged. Awesome staff

The room was nice it was secure I loved the balcony I was on the 6th floor. I loved that we had a parking garage that I did not pay xtra for. Beautiful room. Altho I was on the back side and only had a tree to look at. But that did not bother me. That bed was so comfy and the room was compact but enough for one person. I was very content o I took a stroll and I really loved the pictures on the walls

Misha checked us in/out, and she was the sweetest! The room was spotless, bed was comfortable, showers run HOT (included hygiene products smell great), and the communal balcony/lounge outside of our room was super cute. Distance to campus and other social hangouts is unmatched. We had a great time!

The rooms are a little smaller than we expected for the price and the driveway around the back to the parking garage is so narrow if another car needs through someone is going to have to dip off of the pavement and risk hitting trees/foliage.

The place is very close to the university, a 5-minute walk away. the area is very safe. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. They have a coffee machine at the entrance that is amazing, it works 24/7. The rooms are small but comfortable, with everything you need and storage space. the kitchen is wonderful and huge, there is one per floor. the laundry service is great and cheap. the staff is great and friendly.

Smaller rooms, but great use of space. Everything was super clean. The staff were amazing! They are dog-friendly. There's free ice cream, coffee, and pup treats in the lobby. Each room has a large fridge/freezer and microwave. Every floor has a kitchen with spare dishes, stove and other appliances.

We were in Columbus for an Ohio State football game. The Urban was a perfect location. Our room was a little quirky, but perfect for the two of us. Everything was very clean, the staff was nice and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants. We loved that our car was parked underground. We felt safe and we had a wonderful time...and the Buckeyes WON!!

Absolutely nothing.. everything was perfect!!

Knowing that the building is part students apartments, Part hotel - I was not sure what i'm going to find but i was more than pleasantly surprised. There is a coffee machine in the lobby, Offering different types of coffee drinks. The room is perfect for one person. I loved the way that they used the space. The bed can be folded to a couch. There is a pop up table, a pop up chair, Espresso machine with tablets, Microwave oven, closet, drawers, Luggage rack, hair dryer, toiletries. There are common seating areas but i did not have the chance to use it.
