Comfortable bed. Excellent quiet AC. Magnifying desk mirror was very welcome. Friendly helpful staff. Coffee in the lobby. Complimentary snacks. My room felt new and clean.

The outdoor terrace was small. The lobby had limited places to sit.

First room we were given was very noisy. Window did not shut properly and outside bank of air-conditioned droned loudly all night. We were moved to a much quieter room. The rooms had very little closet space so unable to unpack from suitcase.. Hotel lobby was small with nothing other than the reception desk and coffee station.

Very good location, walking distance to many landmarks. It was clean, comfortable, strong wifi and smart TV available. It was very nice to have daily snacks and drinks provided as well as coffee or tea to your discretion. Friendly staff. If the payment issue I mentioned in the other section would have not occurred, I would've rated this hotel 9 or 10

The A/C was very noisy and the shower was quite tiny. But the most annoying aspect was the fact that I was charged multiple times, ending up to pay more the 2x the value of the booking. While the last large value incorrectly charged was reversed today, the other one that I paid on the 25th of August is still not back in my bank account. I was not given a clear explanation as to why this occurred, nor any discount for the inconvenience caused.

Small but nice boutique hotel in the heart of midtown east. Rooms are small but very nice - very comfortable bed and modern bathrooms. One nice touch is the mini bar is stocked with free items which I've never seen in a hotel before. Great value given the location

Rooms are small even by NY standards but I knew that before booking and didn't mind given the rooms themselves are nice and it was a great value

the staff were amazing, so so friendly. we encountered 3 different people in our 2 nights and they were all so helpful and friendly. the location is great with good restaurants/bars nearby. we forgot to check out the roof area as were were hardly there on our quick visit. it was super clean - which is something I’m very picky about. the shower was so good. we had come from another accommodation that had a terrible shower so this was great.

at night there were a lot of people outside the hotel looking for cash, this does not bother me but might feel a bit unsafe if you are alone. I’m not sure you would find anywhere without this aspect in NY though.

This hotel is a gem. In the hearth of Manhattan, a couple blocks away from a subway station, the location is perfect. The hotel is modern, spotless clean, very comfortable and cozy. The staff is MARVELOUS! Everyone treated us like old friends (specially Flavia). For Portuguese speaking people it’s great, since all of them are Brazilian. Oh, and there are a few complimentary soft drinks, water and snacks in the minibar that they refill every time the room is cleaned. Fantastic!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, ready to provide additional information about where to eat, find things etc. The location was great - easy to find and close to everything. All the necessary appliances are provided to make your stay comfortable. Overall a great experience!

The hotel does not offer breakfast, which is clear from the start, however, it would be nice if some cutlery was provided in case someone wants to eat in. The complementary snacks and drinks are great, but some healthier options would be nice as well.

Location was ideal for me. I could walk to everywhere I needed to go. The room overlooked a private outdoor seating area available to all guests. I have already recommended this hotel to several friends.

Coffee and Tea were only available in the lobby not in the room which meant that when I got up in the morning I had to shower and get dressed and go down to the lobby from my room on the 7th floor in order to get a cup of coffee.

I've chose this hotel due to it's proximity to places of interest, and near different subways stations - with more options to get around easily. Even though the hotel did not offer breakfast, there are several supermarkets nearby, and all beverages and cookies offered in the frigobar are built in the room rate. I'd like to thank especially Flavia, for all attention!

It would be nice if my hotel room have a coffee machine, as it has had in the past.
