Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Omaha - 120th and Maple, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast was good with different main entree selections each day. There is always a good variety of cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit etc. The housekeeping staff was kept very busy but they were all friendly. On the second night the housekeeping was still working at approx. 6 pm. They wanted to come in and make the bed etc, but we explained it was not necessary as long as they would empty the trash cans- which they did. The location was good also as there was a Culver's right across the parking lot. There were plenty of other restaurants to choose from in the area as well.

Location, near I 80 there is a super target near by, canes chicken, Popeyes, Kum & Go, next to Culver's Amy was very friendly. Continental breakfast was great.

Well, I didn't like that when I tried to book another stay on booking.com that the hotel denied me. So I had to go down stairs and pay more for my room to book the extra day I needed. So not cool.

The breakfast was excellent. Better than my wife and I anticipated. The staff was friendly and very helpful. When my wife and I come back to Omaha for another Romantic getaway we are staying here again or we are not staying. My thanks to the management and staff. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who checked us in, she was wonderful.

Would have been helpful if they would have had an area where they kept brochures for local attractions, museums, etc.

The location was super convenient and very, very clean. We actually had housekeeping! I They scared me when they knocked on the door. I haven’t seen housekeeping since pre pandemic so I didn’t bother to put my sign on the doorknob. Oops! The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious. The breakfast was really good too. I have no complaints.

Very comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Everyone was friendly. Clean room and hotel.

Shower handle did not work properly. Someone came up to fix it the first morning. Even after that, was somewhat difficult to get it to work. Additionally, the elevator stopped working one of the nights.

I loved the breakfast. I especially appreciated their pancake machine. They offer coffee 24/7. Also, the room and the window were huge. Probably the biggest size of the standard room I've ever been to.

No noise proof. I could not only hear the conversation in next door clearly but even the noise from the swimming pool on the first floor (I was staying on the second floor).

Breakfast was terrific! Always had coffee even late in the day! Laundry was so nicely done. Very clean and bright. Bed was SO comfortable and pillows were amazing. No complaints at all. Bed was comfortable too. Cannot imagine anyone complaining about this place!

Actually cannot think of anything. It would have been nice if there was a shuttle, but Uber came through.

Hotel was clean and bright. My room was clean and felt bright and open. The beds were very comfortable and the room stayed nice and cool. Kids loved swimming in the pool, but a bit bummed the hot tub wasn't available. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and had lots of options. The coffee was really good too!

Not much to complain about!

It was a great rate. Nice room the man that checked us in was great. The women the next night told us something totally different about the pool and my kids only got to swim for bout 30 min after they were told they couldn’t and then she asked another room if they could swim with them. I understand Covid that should be my choice if I want my children in there is should be at your own discretion at this point.

The room was clean and smelled great every time you entered it. The breakfast that was included was delicious and it changed daily which was nice so you had different options every day.

The water pressure in the shower could have been better, but there was still enough pressure to feel clean.
