Hotel was very interesting. The History of the property was fascinating. Pool area was spacious. Shuttle to Six Flags was timely. Restaurant was nice to have on property. Felt Safe and nice there was staff available if you needed anything at all. Rooms were clean and comfy.

Wish there was a time frame for Adult Swim. Maybe a 10-11pm. The kids and small children in the Hot Tub and jumping all around in and out of sauna was a bit much. I understand the Property is near the Amusement Park and Hotel might be filled with more children, but a little courtesy could be paid towards the Adults so we can enjoy it as well.

Everything was great very clean hotel and the access to getting to the park was great

I didn’t like how the safety was while walking to and from the room it was piece of metal that sits on the floor of the hall way by the evaluator that you can tripped on or fall my mom tripped very hard but didn’t lose her balance thank God she didn’t get hurt but was very shocking up it’s dangerous definitely needs a sign or something saying watch your step needs to be fix!! And the staff didn’t speak in the facility at all when spoken to . And the breakfast needs to be free every day for customers !! Last the elevator doors closed too fast especially if you have a elderly person or kids the door closed immediately so watch out

My husband and I loved the little restaurant in the hotel - reasonably priced and wonderful wait staff! We had Tristin and she was so sweet! There is an indoor little activities spot in the center of the hotel that has the pool, an indoor shuffle board, some games, and a spacious seating area. Overall, this was an excellent find and the architecture is so cute - its a mix of cottage and castle feel! :)

I wasn't sure how the breakfast worked, but they give you tickets for the breakfast if you choose to pay for it! It was $10/person for us and it covered any meal you chose at the restaurant. :) I had to get replacement tickets because I didn't know they gave them to us when we checked in, but the front desk staff and our waitress helped us figure it out!

The location was fantastic! I loved that there was a restaurant in the hotel, but wished the in-hotel pizza cafe was still open. My grandson loved the pool, shuffleboard, and mini golf holes in the fun dome. Every employee we talked to was extremely friendly. The shuttle to six flags was a huge bonus and very much appreciated!

The only real complaint I have is that the hotel needs to have a security guard (or other supervising employee) to ensure some guests are not being a nuisance/harassment to others. On the nights we stayed, there was a large group of teenagers who were completely without adult supervision of any kind. One group of teenagers made insulting comments to my 80 year old mother, right in the main area between the fun dome and the lobby, while also blocking our passage. A group of 8 teenage boys were loudly running through the balconies and hallways in the evening. I was very annoyed that we could not utilize the fundome in the late afternoon and evenings because of unsupervised kids not being held to appropriate social behavior by a hotel security guard or other employee.

As the New World Order is applied to everything in America now-food and price was not of equal Value. Short service hours so I either drove off property or had it delivered. I live and work in Orlando Fl all about entertainment and food, Everything was ok but not Great....but for what the employees had to work with /they did a Good Job.

Food service near the pool area/at least have snacks and grab and go food at the bar or put a machine of snacks near the pool.

Friendly staff, pool, and nice dip in the hot tub after walking around the zoo& art museum for 4 hrs .

Our bathtub looked as if had been painted over , it was peeling. On a rainy day we had to avoid the buckets put out to catch rain leaking from skylights and ceiling in the fundome area .

The hotel staff was more than accomodating. They were always nice even the staff in the restaurant area. Plus the room stayed nice and cold. My shower pressure and temperature were awesome! My daughter had an accident on the bed and they had the bed fixed up when we returned from six flags. I really enjoyed the complimentary coffee at the front desk as well. My kids always enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub. Plus as always it's right next door to six flags. We will be back again soon!

Beautiful hotel and great for kids. There is a restaurant with awesome food and bar in the hotel. It's great just to explore the history of it and you can find plenty to do outside the hotel within minutes. I'll definitely be back !!

The hot tub could have been a lot warmer and the pool but that's the only downside for me.

We used to get the free breakfast buffet many years ago and then it stopped but now it’s back, you can include your breakfast buffet with your room at the time you reserve your stay! The beds are great too!

The bar used to be great! Now no frozen drinks and not made good at all. ..

My original room had a balcony and unfortunately the roof had a leak that soaked one of the beds, called down to the front desk and they found another room for my son and I. The new room was spacious and very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel for travelers. On a side note I have a service dog and she approved of the amazing staff and outdoor space.

Besides the leak everything was good. With the Covid-19 pandemic room service is not as frequent.
