Easy check-in (done entirely remotely), responsive and helpful staffs (reachable through chat on the app), bigger rooms than same-price hotels. almost like renting an apartment, feels more like at home. good if you prefer to cook when traveling. oven, bowls, cooking utensils ready.
cleaning was not thorough. kettles had stains. shower curtain smelled very bad. location was not vert good. neighborhood a bit sketchy. closest store/cafe was 15 minute walk away. A bus stop was right in front of the building though.

It amazing Apartment, very spacious, a proper 1BHK, Clean and spotless, What impressed me more was the digital access and self service, self-check-in and self check out, The location is very close to downtown, with Lots of universities and schools around,
No grocery store on walking distance, just a gas station shop.

Felt very secure, was clean and updated
There was no where to park, and when asked about parking directed to a website that directed you to other parking garages in the area. All of the parking required a several min walk, which was uncomfortable as were were getting back to the facility after 11pm each night

I loved the location, cleanliness, how much space was given, the balcony and the rooftop was so peaceful. I loved the atmosphere of the city all together the walks downtown were pretty convenient never too far and the whole foods was nice.
I didn't like the fact that I tried to rebook another stay in about 6 weeks and the staff was unable to help me reserve a room without paying the entire stay upfront.
