The apartment was pristine, very spacious, nicely organized, very clean, main necessities there, very well equipped with appliances, comfortable, and both building and apartment are nicely stylish. Also the wifi worked very well. Checking in went very smoothly, and I found the digital access to the building and apartment very convenient. The gym and pool area are very nice. The location is very convenient with Trader Joe's downstairs, metro 2 blocks away, walking distance to downtown, several restaurants/cafes close by. Overall, I enjoyed my 10-day stay very much.

Small things: It would have been nice to have a full body mirror (plenty of space to put one up), and an oven dish for roasting.

Great value, would do it again. Having Trader Joes and Starbucks right there was clutch. Access codes worked fine. People in the building were all very nice. Felt safe.

The body wash dispenser was empty and mangled I don’t understand why housekeeping wouldn’t catch that. No ice in freezer. Not a lot of sunlight and bedroom sunshade could block more light while sleeping. The common areas of the complex were pretty trashed.

Very nice apartment, clean and comfortable for 2 colleagues. Needed a place to work before and relax after our meetings. Job very well done! Comfortable 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms; one on suite and even a small balcony with a street view. All very nice and clean. AC kept our apartment comfortable on arrival - good idea.

My plane arrived at 1:30 pm and had to wait to 4pm to check in. No earlier check in possible. Would also have like a Nespresso machine in the apartment; not fond of US coffee ;-(

The full kitchen with cookware etc. was awesome. So much better than a hotel room, and no more expensive. The bed was comfortable, everything was super clean, the apartment was totally quiet and the building was modern and convenient. Being in the same building as a Yraded Joe’s and a Starbucks was great, too. I’ll definitely stay at Sonder again.

It really was mostly perfect. I would have appreciated a cutting board for the kitchen, and a sharp knife or two. (I suspect the knives were super dull because people had been cutting on non-cutting board surfaces with them.) Also, I personally found the thing where the (noisy) fan in the bathroom automatically came on with the light, and stayed on for several minutes after turning it off a bit annoying and distracting. I wished I could turn it off when I went to bed or was trying to enjoy a quiet morning with my coffee.

We loved our apartment itself. The pool was also very nice, and everything we needed was convenient to get to. The staff was very responsive to our request when an item was missing in the bathroom.

Way too much scent (air freshener) used in the common spaces (entryway, hallways). For those of us with allergies this is really torture.

I liked that it was right above a Trader Joe’s so we didn’t have to drive to find a grocery store. Parking was expensive but we did get parking validation for two days. the washer and dryer was great! it was so convenient to just wash our clothes before leaving for easy put away when we got home.

I do wish more bath towels were provided instead of just two but there’s a washer and dryer in unit so it’s not like we couldn’t just wash them. I do wish there was explanation about the parking validation and how to use them. We were a bit confused but it’s really easy to reach out to someone through phone or chat to ask questions.

location was grand….easy to access the metro to and from the airport we had no car so it was fine right where we were liked the security nice unit…..

noisy air conditioner or some other unit started up off and on all night long..right on porch torn duvet cover on bed annoying pre paper work…filled it out twice and still got messages from Sonder/ booking that it was not done

Convenient location; clean & well-equipped apartment. Loved having Trader Joe’s downstairs. Very comfortable place for 4 friends to get together. Nice outdoors pool.

Water pressure in one of the 4th floor apartment bathrooms was quite low. Television access is limited. Seems to require having a subscription to a streaming service.

Great appartement, stylish, and a great kitchen with all that is needed to cook at home. Washer and dryer for laundry in the unit. Bath. Good wifi. Easy self check in. Great location with Trader Joe's and bus stop downstairs, light rail stop two blocks away for both green and blue lines. Perfect!

loved the location, that there was a grocery conveniently located, Starbucks, all the necessities. since we have a toddler, having two separate rooms was ideal for night feeds and not waking everyone else up’

the door to the biggest ‘master room’ did not shut all the way, which made it hard to enjoy watching tv once the baby was asleep since we could t close that door.
