The room was spacious with a clearly defined sitting area and a bed area. The bed was extremly comfortable. The AC in the room was easy to control. The TV was large with an excellent sharp picture - better than most hotels. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and keen to please. The breakfast buffet was very good, both in terms of item selection and quality.

For some strange reason, the sink unit was in the bedroom and not the bathroom. The water pressure from the shower was poor. This may have been due to us having a top floor room. The rooms are not serviced evey day which meant that the 3 sachets of coffee supplied were insufficient for our 2 night stay. Paying $27 per night to park our car,

Liked the room, comfortable bed and sofa. The staff was great. Breakfast was also good. Hotel was very clean.

The bar wasn't open like it was supposed on Friday night at 6 pm. They do not have complimentary coffee during the day. No pool or even a jacuzzi. Price to park if staying there should be cheaper or free. No microwaves in room.

Location. On-site parking. Wonderful water pressure in shower. Clean. It seems new or renovated, so the pillows and carpet havent hold smells. Wonderful fresh fruit for breakfast.

I was told by the front desk that I was upgraded by booking.com not by the hotel, so I didn't get the upgrade. :-( Even shooting off the air conditioning, cold air keep blowing in. Pets. No matter how clean dogs are kept, they shed hair and have traces of feces and urine in their furs, passing it to carpet, sofas, beds, pillows, etc.

Hotel is in a great location - walking distance to just about everywhere. Very clean and modern communal areas with a fantastic breakfast. However, the hidden charge for parking was a sticky and sore point for us - we didn't even realise this was charged until we were back in the area again a few days later and wanted to stay in the hotel (good sign) until the pointed out it was $50 extra to park for two nights - so we went to an alternative hotel. For that very reason, I would not stay there again - everything else is very good.

Hidden parking charges!! Never informed until the second time we were booking to stay in the hotel.

overall everything was wonderful. even though first day we found out the shower faucet was defective the staff changed our room right away and the very next one so we didn’t have to move and carrying our stuff far away.

one of the elevators broke down and it didn’t get fixed right away due to holiday. and that caused more traffic on the other one which caused delays and even stopped working briefly. then we had to take the stairs instead gladly downstairs from 5th fl. little other annoying thing that the only one time I used the pool one time out of my 3 nights, the maintenance guy had to put the long ladder and clean up the vent and painting it white (a job that often to be done once every 6 months) but it was our one lucky time to be done during enjoying the pool. those 2 things didn’t change my decision to give a great rate of 9/10. pretty much I liked everything else.

Hot Tub was hot at a good temperature and they had a small cool temperature pool as well. Good location with walking distance to stores and restaurants on Clematis and Datura a few streets north from hotel. Comfy bed and good size rooms with sofas and desk area. Good pressure in the shower. Did provide coffee maker and compact refrigerator. No microwave. I would recommend the stay for work or if you just need a place to sleep during evening hours as you are out and about during the day hours. They did also provide a very good breakfast daily.

No outside area to sunbathe that I could locate but you are directly within city.

The hotel was amazing, just wish there was a microwave in the room and a pool, but they were renovating the hotel so understandable. It was amazing otherwise, extremely friendly staff, very helpful, especially room service and cleaning staff were beyond nice, we will definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect, there wasn't anything that I didn't like except for not having a microwave in the room but otherwise everything was so perfect!

The room was clean, all of the staff was amazing, very helpful and kind! The bed was my favorite part, I have never slept on a bed that comfortable the first day I didn’t get out of bed until 4 o’clock in the afternoon! The housekeeping service was very sweet and Came to check if we needed anything, then just did a quick clean and our room looked brand new. It only took her a couple minutes and she wipe down the tables and made sure everything was sanitary. It’s definitely a good value. It’s close to downtown West Palm Beach where all of the clubs and bars are as well as restaurants and just, downtown West Palm Beach and everything that comes with it. Send a very nice area.

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like, it was very nice. I ended up extending my stay to 3 nights

The staff were awesome, the room was wonderful, the breakfast was great and the bartender Sergio was the bomb. We are definitely going back in September. Great experience. We highly recommend this hotel.

How the AC worked. We had too have at 65", every time we put it up a degree or 2, it would like send out warm air. Couldn't ever regulate it.

My room was comfortable and spacious. it had nice amenities, I.e. refrigerator, coffee maker, plenty of towels. The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast had lots of variety.

They were undergoing renovations, so there were several inconveniences. There was a false fire alarm, limited parking due to construction equipment/supplies, the gym was closed, and there was only one available elevator.
