Lovely place to stay unfortunately the weather was not cooperative. I wish I could have experienced it when it was not raining. Still a relaxing time away in a comfortable hotel. Perfect for 2-3 days at the beach...if it wasn't raining all that time. Will try again.
Parking on the pricey side and the restaurant could have had better hours of operation. It would 've been nice to have a discount on the resort fee since nobody was using the towels and pool facilities.

A truly perfect location! Our view was spectacular with sweeping ocean views from all rooms. We got the end unit which was a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath unit. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy. We will 100% be back. The staff at the beach were very kind and helpful too. Akmal one of the waiters was especially attentive and really friendly. He made the trip even more enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back.
Paying to valet your car $37/day is ridiculous, the price to stay was expensive, they should offer complimentary parking for guests or at least vouchers. That’s my only complaint, the rest was wonderful.

I didn't eat breakfast there. The room was very nice and comfortable beds. I would've liked a bigger balcony but I did enjoy the ocean view.
Balcony to small. I would've liked a microwave. Traveling with kids a microwave is a life saver.

Elevators (too slow for too many people), some furniture in the room was broken, breakfast options were too little, shower pressure was weak.

Everything was outstanding, we stayed for our 10 yr anniversary and it was exactly what hat I wanted. The ladies at the front desk so polite and attentive. The food at the restaurant Baleen was fantastic, I wished they were open for dinner and beautiful view. The bar by the pool closes at 4, very sad but their drinks, food and service was also very good. Valet had a difficult time with parking spaces. It seemed they had nowhere to park so the lines were a little long when returning to the property, nevertheless they were very polite and helpful.
We were there to relax for the weekend, and loved that’s exactly what we got to do. We brought our daughters on our last day there and they had such a good time. The hotel overall seems safe, clean with friendly staff that seems to be doing their best and for us that is what we are looking for. Looking forward to our next stay.

Valet guys were very nice and tentative.
Everything was nice. I book this particular place because of the reviews and also I was sold on the ocean or beach view and turns out that it’s a city view that was an upgrade 😔 😌 was very kind in the end. For my anniversary I wanted the balcony with the beach view, hubby wasn’t happy about it after I raved about it since the early booking ☹️ Now I’m waiting on a hold to be released back to my card which should’ve been specified at the time of check in/out. Was booked 3rd party by booking @$579, get there then about $1000.57 charged then my receipt after check out says $661. + 🤨🧐 but no one has answered my calls....
