the valet set up was outstanding/ no worries… abs quick service.

I had a corner room- that was separated by a door- if front desk has advised the weird set up- I would not have accepted the room- in a weird corner angel- no access to outside. when we arrived I looked at the bathroom door and it had a dark spot- stain- that looked like human feces- completely nasty! I asked to change room and they did not accommodate my request.

Front desc , the guy didn't care that we were late, and i couldn't find the cart to move lots of baggage from our room to the car. I asked him few times, and he was like, Well what Can i do ???? go find yourself . I had to go up and down 6 times, while waiting on the elevator, so it took 30 min and hard labor to finish it. Everything was good ! until there moment we had to leave. Valet guys are Perfect ! They doing a great job ! Your Hotel need more CARTs, oy 2 or 3 ,6 or 8 . Please fix that problem. Im planing to visit you again in august and November . see you soon !

I took a cold shower during my entire stay at the Double tree by Hilton! I tried to escalate the situation twice and chief engineer came to check on the water twice! Nothing was resolved. I was staying in a partial ocean view suite and expected more. Not being able to take a hot shower really bothered us. The hot water did not work in the entire suite. We saved money just to be able to stay in a suite. A normal basic hotel room has hot water and this suite did not. It was shocking !

2 bedroom 2 bath suite was very spacious and nice, slept 8 people comfortable. Very large balcony with spectacular views. Location was great, not extremely busy like main Miami, but had everything around that you’d want.

No choice on parking (valet only) & $29 daily. Not enough cookware/utensils in kitchen to cook. Hot tubs were not hot, they were same temperature as pool.

Loved the access to the beach, direct! and the nice bar and coffee store to get snacks and breakfast on my way to the beach, Loved the beach service, the towels , the location, close to Walgreens and to Aventura mall fekt like the beach was my backyard!

The roof needs a bit of cleaning/ painting in the room, there is need of staff walking around to check if carts have been left in any floors, but I understand there´s many floors and in pandemic getting staff might not be as esasy. other than that, everything was perfect!

If I were doing an adult trip only- this wouldn’t be my choice, but this is an amazing option for a family vacation! It’s right on the beach, lots of kids, two playgrounds right outside of the hotel, and the pool was not very deep for kiddos to play and stay safe!

We stayed shortly post Covid shut down. Room service wasn’t available and restaurant did ‘to go’ only until 6pm. So- keep this in mind because they aren’t back to normal yet.

Amazing room, amazing views, and even more amazing staff. So accommodating and friendly. Will definitely be staying here next time we come to the Miami area as a family.

Only negative point is that the pool deck was always out of towels!

Balcony doors on both rooms very hard to open. Maintenance came in that day said wheels on doors need to be replaced. They never came back. Very disappointed couldn’t enjoy the balcony

Bed was really nice and comfy, bathroom is huge and modern. But the biggest perk is a huge balcony with two recliners. Staff was nice and friendly especially on the beach.

Even though the place need some refurbishing-especially the carpet and paint somewhere-it compensates by the amount of space you get, it is not just the room you get from the hotel but it is one bedroom suite.

Great location and the room with ocean view is only considered partial ocean but it was incredible. Friendly staff and beautiful beach. Hotel right on beach. You can buy laundry powder at the beach club shop and use the machines for free
