I liked the looked of the room and it was very nice and intimate. The room was definitely meant for either couples or very close friends since the shower/tub did not have a door for privacy. I also enjoyed James, the front desk agent, giving me and my sister recommendations on where to eat and to go that was different and not the typical Miami Beach scene.

There were two issues with my stay: The tv was not working properly. It kept saying it was connected to the local network but not the internet so we had to use our hotspot in order to watch the tv. Also the ice machine was locked up so we had to get someone from front desk to open the ice machine. Even though half of the time you was unable to find someone at the front desk.

The penthouse was spacious and as pictured. The hotel lobby/reception areas were beautiful and very clean. The king bed was very comfortable!

Unfortunately our penthouse booking overlapped with another so we were downgraded for one of our 3 nights to a Junior King room. We were a bit disappointed that we weren't able to switch into the penthouse until after 4pm on the next day (so we were paying for a room that we weren't using for half the day), and also to find that the patio jacuzzi wasn't working on our first night there so we only ended up with the jacuzzi working for one of our nights. Overall it was a beautiful room and was incredibly clean but some of the amenities we were most excited about weren't usable so the value of the price we paid was lowered.

We booked the penthouse (larger of two) and requested the decoration package with rose petals and balloons. The room was ready upon arrival with a bottle of champagne on ice. Far exceeded my expectations! This is a boutique hotel so it is fairly small. However, the details and decor are well thought out and feel expensive. Only one block over from the beach! However, it was further from restaurants and entertainment than we would have liked. Only 2 blocks from Fountainbleu Hotel pools and nightclub. They run on a fairly small staff. So, if you want extra towels or any specific requests, ask well in advance as a precaution.

The shower did not get as hot as we would have liked. A dimmer on the lights would have been great. It's hard to find the right lighting between the adjacent bathroom and the rest of the penthouse. VERY VERY small complaints though. Overall fantastic!

This hotel is really perfect for couples! We stayed in one of the penthouse suites. I was very impressed. The view was lovely, and there was private a rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi. The room was very big and modern. It was very romantic, and the location is great too. Nick who worked at the front desk was very helpful and friendly too. Overall a great experience and very good value for money. I would recommend!

The only thing I would say is that the jacuzzi didn’t have any water in it when we arrived. We we’re looking forward to using it at night, but we had to wait until the morning to use it for it to cool down. That was a little disappointing.

The property is very beautiful and comfortable. The room is spacious and well decorated. The common areas are pleasant and well maintained.

Breakfast is very simple. Just a coffee, a type of bread, sometimes it had butter, and many times there was no napkins or sugar. Which is a shame because the hotel is excellent and the lack of breakfast has a bad impact. But overall, the staff are very attentive and helpful when asked.

Breakfast included definitely sucked. Who in the hell want crescents and coffee? Thankful for Subway across the street. Always put an extra roll of tissue in the bathroom or in the cabinet. Other than that it was peaceful and truly a secret garden hotel. But baby work on that breakfast included. That not breakfast!!

Location is great. Just off Collins Ave and that was really convenient for getting to the beach and around Miami Beach in general. Price was better than other options in the area. My room (The deluxe King) had a jacuzzi. Booked this for a 2 night extension of my trip and it worked well for that. They waived the early check in fee and have a nice late checkout system as well. I was able to leave at 2pm for and they only charge for the time after 12pm even though checkout is at 11.

The lady at the front desk lied about upgrading my room in order to get a tip and I found when i got up there that it was the same room I booked. No rooftop or pool or similar amenities so wouldn't book for a longer stay.
