Clean. Friendly. Large room. Right on Collins.

Bookings said beachfront. Literally an entire building and a block and a half walk to the beach. That walk is under construction and difficult through another hotels parking garage right now. That hotel blocks access at certain times so you have to work hard to find another route if you want go on the beach. This property may have access sometimes but not now and NEVER beachfront.

No luxury or fancy amenities, but the hotel and room had what we were looking for. The room was spacious and it had laundry and a full kitchen, which is amazing if you travel with kids. The location was fantastic with the beach close by! They also had the best hotel WIFI I've seen in my life, super fast. In the lobby they give you vouchers for beach chairs and umbrella, super convenient. The staff was really nice with us during our stay. There are no weird smells anywhere, in that regard things seemed clean and organized.

The floor in the room wasn't super clean. With a toddler that's constantly putting things in his mouth that wasn't ideal. The shower tiles didn't look very clean either, but we went with our own floor matt for the shower, which helped.

My mom, my sister, and I stayed 3 nights at Westover Arms, and the hotel just made our experience in Miami Beach exceptional. The hotel is remodeled, clean and bright. The room had a couch that became 2 twin beds, a room with a Queen bed and a large closet, and a full kitchen. To cook, there were only 2 small pots and 1 fry pan, which was enough for 3 people's breakfast. There was no salt, pepper, oil, sugar, or anything, I guess due to COVID restrictions. The hotel has its own min-market, very convenient. The staff was outstanding, Nikki and his colleague went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, always very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Nikki speaks fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese. They let us check in earlier and stored our luggage for a couple of hours when we checked out. You can't beat the location, CVS, liquor store, Restaurants, and mini-market within 3 minutes walking. The beach was beautiful, 3 minutes walk, lots of families with children, very civilized area. The people that host the beach lounge chairs and umbrella (Joy and her son) were lovely and gave us lots of tips on places to visit. Miami Beach has a FREE trolley that allowed us to go from Mid Beach to South Beach, Lincoln Road... very quickly. The Tavern Restaurant (4 min. from the hotel)had delicious food! bad drinks. Your reservation includes beach towels, cooler with ice, and 2 chairs+ Umbrella at the beach! THE BEST! I can't say enough how wonderful our days were in Miami Beach, and how the hotel and its locations were a big part of it! We will be back for sure!

It would be convenient to have salt, coffee, sugar, dish detergent, and a sponge in the room since your rooms have a full kitchen.

Very convenient with location on events and things to do. The spacious room and full kitchen was perfect. Close to the beach.

Just needed to be swept and mopped more often while cleaned with everything else. Needed to be more sanitized for my liking.

The room itself was every nice. Well-equipped and appointed. New and Very comfortable. . I was there on business for one night so it didn't matter; but if you are looking for activities, food and drink, etc, this is not the place. I needed a nice rom for a quiet night's comfortable sleep and got that exactly. If you are there to sleep, relax and kick back in your room, this is a good spot for that.

The hotel was virtually empty. I only stayed one night, but I never saw another guest come or go! The reception area for check in was a small desk by the door. The few staff I encountered (2 guys) had a somewhat cavalier attitude like they didn't care if you stayed or not. There was absolutely nothing there to do. Bar was empty/closed. No restaurant or access to food or drink of any kind. And, they hit me with an $36 additional charge on arrival on top of what I paid to Booking.com. Like a sneaky way to advertise a low rate then hit you when it's too late to back-out.

The suites were large, had a good kitchen and the bed comfortable. It was nice you could get beach chairs and umbrella for the beach.

The staff could have been friendlier. It would have been nice to have the patio furniture out on the front deck to use, like it shows in website pictures.

The location is fantastic, just cross the street and your at the beach, or walk 30 feet outside and get on the Free Miami Beach trolly. We were in Miami for a wedding at The Confidant Hotel(the hotel across the street), where everyone was staying at for $500/night, which was way overpriced for us. The Westover Arms provided a fantastic alternative, Our room felt like a studio apartment, it included washer and dryer, dishwasher, over, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, literally everything we needed. Our room ended up being WAY bigger and having much more amenities than The Confidant hotel which was 5X the price we paid and had very small rooms. I am so happy we stayed at the Westover arms, it was perfect for what we needed.

The room could have been a little cleaner, and it would have been nice if the staff wore masks for as a Covid-19 precaution.

Very clean spacious beautiful rooms. Free umbrella and chair for the beach. Pretty great location for the price.,

No one seemed interested in helping us with anything or cared about us at all. No bartender. No food.

We liked the location because it was one block from a beach, and the neighborhood was nice. Also, the family studio was perfect for us; there was: one room, a living with two couches, laundry facilities, and a full kitchen, all things beneficial for a family. Besides, the place was immaculate and had adequate furnitures and ornaments.

1. The location is great: cvs, banks/ATMs, beach, bus stops, city bikes station - everything is near to the hotel 2. The room is awesome - it has everything that you need or even more. Pretty clean, especially with daily housekeeping. 3. The staff is helpful and ready to help you with any questions, and even keep your packages for a while once you are checked out

The only complaint is with working hours for provided beach chairs - they starting at 9am and end at 4-5pm. a couple of extra hours on the morning and evening would be great.
