Location was absolutely amazing!! Right on the beach with beautiful restaurants and cafes right at the front door. Couldn't ask for anything better. Just north of South Beach too, only a 5 minute walk away.

Luggage storage. We were on a cruise and stayed at this property for a few days before boarding the ship. When we came back after the cruise, we asked if we could pay to store our luggage for a few hours as our flight to Canada wasn't until 10.30pm at night. We also looked at booking a room for the day too. The luggage guy said we couldn't do that. It was really unfortunate as we loved the location and want to stay there again. We stored our luggage at the airport but would have much preferred to pay the BW for the day.

The property had a beautiful beach and ocean view. The beach was easily accessible which made it super convenient. You could get food from the restaurant and take down to the beach. There was a bar at the pool. The rooms were soundproofed well.

I did not like all the construction around the hotel, which is no fault of the hotel itself. We parked in the garage at the hotel and after a storm the garage had deep water.

Room temperature never got cold enough but they did move us first night out room was 78 degrees The pool was closed a day and was too small people were too rowdy at pool and no towels by 4 pm The people above us penthouse floor sounded like they were doing demolishing every night

The location was good and was in walking distance to restaurants. The room had an awesome view of the ocean and the city, and we enjoyed the balcony. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Parking is a nightmare, there was no parking available at the hotel at all, so we constantly had to find meters and pay for parking, I was told that if the hotel did have a parking spot available it would be $36 a night which I think is crazy when we're already staying there. The pool seems a little small for the hotel but we were still able to enjoy it.

Booked the room online, then called in with a few questions, the back office girls were very nice to answer and explain everything. I arrived to Miami Intl Airport early, the trip from the airport is only 15 minutes, was at the hotel at 10 AM, but the room was already clean and ready, so they allowed me to check in early without extra cost! Where do you get that! I stayed a week and then decided to stay longer, because the room was amazing, hotel has a private beach, water is turquoise and crystal clear, every store and restaurant is next door, free Miami trolley along the coast all day, this is the the best place to stay in Miami Beach. It is a large hotel, but the girls at the reception make you feel like it is a small boutique hotel - because of how personal and friendly they are, it is truly remarkable. Yadira, the manager has built up quite a professional and very personable team there. The staff made the trip just superb.

May be just too much perfume in the hallways when they clean, but it is a presonal preference, not really a detriment of the hotel. All the cleaning and disinfectant spraying that they do may be too much, but I guess it is just too much "covid compliance"

The Staff at Front desk especially Carla..along with Ronaldo at the beach Chairs and the Hose keepers cleaning our rooms every day was just Class Act very friendly and helpful..couldn't have asked for nothing more as well as those Sunrises.. Would have been nice to have some rental bikes at the Hotel to ride on that beautiful bird walk.. Maybe that Could be something for next time we visit..

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was nothing like some of the bad reviews. The room was very tidy and large. The beds were comfy and balcony facing the water was amazing! Staff we very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely too! Overall the stay was worth the few nights. The night time wasn't loud as up the road from main south beach and a cab was 5 minutes down there.

The pool area is quite small. There could have been some more beds available. Would have liked some more hot breakfast options in the buffet.

Nice clean room, great location. The hotel restaurant had excellent food choices, and all meals we ordered were good size portions, delivered hot and very delicious.

Breakfast should be included based on the cost of the stay. I realize i could have paid more to get this perk, but it would have made my stay even more enjoyable if it was included with the base room cost. Also we were part of a large group, so the hotel made a lot of money from the larger group that they could have thrown it in.
