Good location with shuttle service to and from the airport. The website says the shuttle runs every 30 minutes, but this is not correct. You have to call the hotel and then the shuttle will be sent. Room was big, clean, and had a fridge and microwave.

I got to the hotel about 9.45 pm after traveling all day from Switzerland, waiting 45 minutes for the shuttle, to find a hotel staff unwelcoming, cold and certainly not friendly. The staff should always be welcoming, especially when you are an airport hotel with people arriving late after traveling all day.

Super close to the Miami Airport while the hotel does offer a shuttle but our arrival time was 12:30 am so we opted for a Uber to the hotel which was less than 5 minutes. Comfortable, spacious and quiet room with a welcome treat box!

We could tell the night employee was in training so we were patient but he was easily distracted and had difficulty focusing and completing the transaction with the customer in front of him. So it took awhile to check-in. After a long travel day, all you want is a speedy check-in and get to your room. The check-out was long as well I tried to use the mobile checkout but received error messages. Finally, a staff member said we could just leave the keys on the counter.

.The reception desk staff were very kind: Juan Diego, Shaveli and Victor, all really attentive and courteous. I arrived around 9 p.m. and left at 6 a.m. The free Airport Shuttle drivers were both very efficient, helpful and friendly. and the ride was less than ten minutes. There was free coffee and tea available in the lobby , as well as a small snack bar next to reception. Also possible to order pizza or have some kind of room service. The room I slept in was large, had a huge bed and different types of pillows, tv, a/c, blow dryer, iron and ironing board. Simple, convenient, respectable, which suited me personally, just fine

No complaints. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks very much to everyone who was so thoughtful. I had to pass on breakfast because I had a very early flight, but there was a nice dining area. A warm, homey feeling..

It was a good location,clean,friendly staff,great breakfast

I decided to stay in florida and extra couple of days to just relax before heading home. I was excited to just lay by the pool and swim all day but when I went down to the pool it was closed..the guy said it's been down for over a month..had I known that I wouldn't had stayed there.even when I got to hotel early I asked if I could go in the pool till my room was ready and all they said was no..not that the pool was not running..just no.then at 3 when I got my room and went in to change into a bathingsuit n got down to the pool and found it closed I was not happy

Staff all friendly and helpful. Shuttle every 30 minutes and Donnie was extremely nice and helpful. Clean room, like the laminate flooring for cleanliness,no rugs. Nice refrigerator and microwave in room. Big pool, alas it was closed. Very close to the airport. Shuttle van has a trailer so lots of room for luggage.

Pool closed 90F outside. Room 141 should only be rented to the hearing impaired. A very noisy rumble sound from the far right corner of the room. Measured at 81 decibels right next to bed, constant. If not for the noise would have rated a 10 overall.

It was a perfect stay for the 10 hour layover that I had and the bed was really comfortable. The room was sufficently clean and the shower/toilet were in good condition, if not a little old but definitely worth the stay. It was an easy checkout and good shuttle ride back to the airport.

It took a long time to check in at 1am, they should have more workers to support the amount of people who come in from the airport for a 7-8 sleep and then back out again. I wish the shuttle ran all night as well, since there are a lot of flights that arrive at 12:30 and 1.

We were flying internationally the next morning & wanted a convenient place to stay. It is very close to the car rental center and so returning our car before we flew out was easy. The mini-fridge was perfect and there was good bedside lighting. Though we were on the ground floor right next to a parking lot and near train tracks, the window were well-insulated and we slept soundly. The breakfast buffet included very nice fresh fruit.

There is no remote control for the heating/air-conditioning unit. We needed to wait for a maintenance person to come and adjust it for us. If you want to park you car, you need to pay an additional $10. There was only one trashcan in the room (in the bathroom).

We were able to leave our luggage with the hotel 2 days before we checked in for a reasonable fee ($10 USD per item per day). The staff were polite and helpful. We didn't make use of the pool area but it seemed to be well maintained.

I have never come across a hotel where you are charged to check in early. Check in times all over the world are advertised as being around 2pm or 3pm, but if I have ever turned up early to a hotel, and the room is ready, I have never had to pay to get into it. Certain places in the room were dusty too, like the top of the TV, top of the bed frame, and one of the hand towels looked marked and dirty.

Better than expected. Based on the review score and the fact that it's an airport-based hotel, I managed my expectations reasonable and was pleasantly surprised. The reception was friendly and helpful. While the interior is a bit worn in some places (carpeting etc), it all seemed to be fairly clean. Mini shop next to reception is expensive but well-stocked. Airport shuttle was very convenient and drivers were very friendly. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfy.

Price was pretty high for a utilitarian hotel, but I guess that's what airport hotels cost these days. Not a lot of food choices right at the hotel- there was a food van next door but it was also very expensive. I ended up walking about 10 minutes to an area where there were more choices but you do have to navigate across some very busy roads.

The hotel was in a great location. They have shuttles for the airport and cruise port. Everyone was very nice and answered all my questions. There aren't restaurants around, but you can easily order delivery or take an Uber. I highly suggest checking out Wynwood Walls! There is a lot to do down there.

The only confusing thing was that some staff said you could charge things to your room while others said you couldn't. Just some conflicting information. It's not a big deal.
