The "double" room was amazing. Very clean hotel. Close to center by Uber or car. Breakfast was decent. Jessica was the best staff member, very friendly, everyone should be like her. We had a great stay, and we warmly recommend the hotel and double room for groups of 4-5 people depending on the price you get.

Breakfast hours were ridicoulous. Slight issue with the hotel towels/shower gel on the last day (causing a skin allergy/rash) and one of the younger staff at the reception thought it was funny when I brought it up - I'll make sure to let management know. Lastly, I also had to explain the above-mentioned staff on how to correctly print out my billing confirmation at the end of the stay, very unfortunate to have to go through that after a great stay. Staff needs customer service training.

Breakfast was very good. Our male shuttle driver who drove my sister, daughter, and I to the airport was excellent, an ambassador for the hotel. His name was Elverio. Also wish to thank the manager who gave me a pillow to keep. I wanted to buy one as they were very comfortable. All in all,I'll be back and I hope Elverio is the shuttle driver!

The airplane noise. Also the pool pumps were too loud to enjoy while sitting in the patio area. We tried to have a barbecue but the noise from the pumps made it uncomfortable. I would definitely check into that as it is something that you can correct.

Parking needs to be better. Only options I was giving was pay for valet parking a day or park outside on the street and it’s only enough room for maybe 7-8 cars can park on the street across from the hotel

Convenient location to airport. Excellent social extra Mondays to Wednesdays 5:30pm to 7pm. Breakfast was excellent and ideal for us. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good too.

It is difficult to talk outside when planes take off and fly overhead, but this is the price you pay for convenience. Flights did not disturb us through the night as there are less of them.

Your shuttle driver, Evelio was a very interesting, genuine gentleman. Enjoyed the conversation with him and one other lady guest during our short trip. He was very proud of your facility and the service your team provides. Keep Evelio!

I liked how the rooms are made . It was like a mini apartment but without a stove . Microwave and mini fridge was available though. Hotel overall is nice . Huge lobby ,pool and deck outside is nice . Exercise room was good also. Hot Breakfast in a bag was ok due to covid but at least it was hot sausage, waffles eggs muffins or cereal ,coffee!

It was so dead . The location ,where this hotel sits is not a good view. Outside my window which was the front of the hotel was facing a run down building so not pleasing to wake up to. It's near the airport though if that matters. I didn't like the pull out sofa. The mattress was like laying on the ground omg so uncomfortable. The mattress needs replacing badly . I felt the springs in it. They did try another which was about 5 percent better but also needed replacing. I even put blankets on top to make softer so I could rest some. NOT... Not to mention remodeling right outside my window..ENDED up having to check out 2 days early. Upgrade the mattresses ASAP PLEASE . BED AND SOFA BED

The facilities and especially the room was great. Well equipped kitchen.

I saw 2 tiny ants on the kitchen counter.

Overall features of the room and convinient location from MIA airport. We had an issue with the room next door, which had something cooked and kitchen alarm went off without stop, but hotel staff was great and change us to another room same floor away from the noise which guaranteed a good night sleep.

Breakfast and shuttle to airport could start earlier since we had a 7:30 flight departure and even though we were so close to the MIA airport we missed them both, otherwise great stay. An idea would be to have a quick breakfast kit to go or we could have eaten in the room before leaving in these case.

I liked everything about this hotel. Very neat rooms, I liked the fact that to use elevator you need the key card. It gives me a sense of security. Kitchen is totally equipped, big shower, swim pool water was so good in terms of temperature. Also I liked the fact is not too deep. Gym is comfortable with good exercise equipment. Lots of TV channels, which gives options for all interests. Also the fact that the services for washer and dryer are free is a A ➕️ especially if you are staying for long periods of time.

The only thing that I did not liked was the fact that you need a car, or you will be using a lot taxi services, because there is not much around by walking distance.

I liked the suite and the comfort of the room. The easy access to the outside for the dog.

The shuttle service driver was racist towards us (4 African American), by dropping us off far away from the arrivals level ,and telling us to take the elevator to the 2nd floor as we struggled with our heavy luggage. Once on the 2nd floor there was no access to the terminal, just a large parking lot. We went back down in the elevator and struggled with our luggage across the streets to the arrivals hall. We all were very upset that the driver did this. Because of this I have torn my bicep muscles in my right arm.
