The room was clean and spacious, with everything I needed. No carpet, contemporary design.

The 5AM shuttle bus just wasn't there... he came 10 minutes later. Small details: TV didn't work, tissue box was empty, almost ran out of toilet paper- there was no extra roll

Daniel, reception desk officer in night shift. He agreed to take extra step and help me find my "lost" parcels. Management - such persons represent your future, invest in them. Otherwise, good and comfortable matresses, nice shower with nice water pressure, clean. Nice bar. Complimentary shuttle to the airport.

Afroamerican lady at the reception desk - almost didn't do anything to help me resolve my problem. Because this is the easiest way - just claim not possible and problems will vanish. EDIT: after more than a month, safety deposit (100 USD) they take still not refunded to my card. BEWARE!

The restaurant at this location is extremely overwhelmed. The service is incredibly slow and given the poor service it is completely unfair to automatically include the tip when you have to request basic items 3 and 4 times.

Didn’t have breakfast, was never offered. The room was quiet, housekeeping was superb, the young lady who was working my section of the 3rd floor should get a raise. Personable and professional.

Your staff should familiarize themselves with the neighborhood. Locations of grocery stores, other restaurants, and drugstores. I guess mini mall locations. Very disappointed that your website schedules of your restaurant did not actually coincide with the facility. No mention of a gym, or a 6th floor bar, nothing by your staff. I discovered the Dolphin Mall on my own, and walked the neighborhood. Very poor staff in regards to area knowledge. Also I think room prices where dropped when I was staying there, according to the website. I do not know if it reflects my charges. You need on floor managers.

The staff (including room attendants) was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and had some noise reducing materials that provided more of a secluded vibe.

The was no room service provided. Even though, the room attendant did switch towels out for us. We were there four days! The shower pan surface was very slippery. We had to use a towel to have some grip while showering. The refrigerator didn’t stay cold, for extended periods. There was ability to utilize a Firestick for more personalized movie viewing. The TV service was slow and you couldn’t look at the TV guide while watching television.

The staff were all friendly and courteous. When I had an issue with the first room I was given, due to smell of pet urine I was immediately provided another room. The manager came upstairs at my request so I could check the room out that I was being moved to and it was obviously a cleaned room vs the one I was in and I insisted that he see/smell for himself so that housekeeping could do a better job at cleaning the rooms. If you charge pet owners $50 extra be sure that housekeeping follows up with a thorough cleaning. Located near airport and provides shuttle service to and from hotel.

The hotel allows pets and my first room was obviously previously occupied by a pet and is owner. The room was not properly cleaned to disinfect it from the pet fur and urine smell. The floor was not swept or mopped. You could literally see it. Invest in better quality of towels. The upgraded look of the hotel and rooms are great from what I recall years ago, but bring the quality of towels up to date too.

This is a very cool hotel . I wish my stay had been longer so I could have enjoyed it more . I didn't find out about the restaurant and other amenities until the last night of my stay . The staff is amazing . I had car trouble and was coming in late, I kept in contact with them and they were already for me when I got there .they even helped with parking . They have a cool little game room , the beds are so comfy , love the set up of the room .and the bathroom had a night light so that I could see without being disturbing . I definitely would stay here again . It's very close to the airport and train station as well .

I wasn't too fond of the way the shower was set up . It just had like half of a glass panel that was it , no closure . Also didn't like that there was no microwave in the room .

Location perfect. Hotel shuttle picked us up from airport, took us back to get our bags as well as back to airport for our departure!! Morning staff allowed us to check in immediately upon her arrival. She apologized for guy not telling us and gave us a voucher for breakfast.

The night guy didnt allow us to check in. We werent allowed to do an early check in upon arrival to hotel although rooms were available after our flight had been cancelled and being stuck at airport for over 8 hours. We had to wait until the morning person came in. We slept on couch in lobby til she arrived. He also didnt tell her that we wanted to early check. We let her know.

The hotel seemed designed for the younger, hipper crowd. When was the last time you saw a hotel with the room number stenciled in big numbers on the doors? Location was just 1/2 mile from Fox Rent A Car so we were able to drop off the car in the evening and catch the hotel shuttle to Miami International Airport. Price was lower that other nearby hotels or similar quality. No issue with parking l. It was free!

The bathroom sink had little room to put items like shaving bags, makeup. That we just stayed overnight to catch an early flight.
