Staff were super friendly and helpful: Evie, Candella and Mike! Had a larger room than booked which was much appreciated. The location is perfect, steps from the beaches and restaurants. it ain’t fancy but it does the job! We would come back for sure.

I loved the Eclectic atmosphere of this little hotel and the ease of access to the beach. Location was perfect. Very clean!

this was a funky little property super convenient to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. One of the two mattresses really could use to be replaced but considering that this place was half to 1/3rd the price of other options, was super clean w a functional kitchen I would definitely recommend this place! it was great to just park and walk to restaurants, a fantastic Cuban coffee shop is less than a block down the broadwalk and the beach is less than a block with no busy streets for kids to cross;-). do bring your own beach towels
One of the two mattresses had a big sag and could use a replacement and for some reason we were only given one towel for three of us in the bathroom.

Certainly both vending machines can be replaced with brand new ones. It will be a good idea to replace the outdated patio furniture with the new ones as well.

very clean & in a great location. we were minutes away from the beach and tons of restaurants. the mall was only a 20 minute drive. stayed here to go to rolling loud and that wasn’t too bad of a drive away either. the outdoor seating areas at this hotel were also beautiful! definitely recommend staying here
didn’t like how you had to pay for parking. you can either pay the hotel $18 a day for parking or go across the street to the parking garage which is also pricey. didn’t know this when booking

We stayed in an apartment for six weeks because we took our grandson for treatment at the Brain Treatment Center in Aventura. We were disappointed that there were no laundry facilities and an oven in the kitchen. We eventually got help from the gentleman at the front desk who allowed us to use the hotel laundry facilities. Overall we enjoyed the stay. Certainly value for money.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. It took more than an hour for someone to give us our key, with kids waiting in the car (office door was locked). Fortunately an employee was kind enough to make phone calls and get us our key.

20 dollars a night for parking was not mentioned on the Booking.com page. Only found out about the fee when a text was sent the day of from the site. Not sure if the fee would have changed whether or not I chose this location but they should be up front about it at the time of booking.

This place is a hidden gem, it was super clean inside and out. It was so relaxing sitting by the little fountain outside. The owners and staff were so friendly.. We loved that it was just a few steps and we were on the walkway. We are definitely staying there again in the future
