Everyone on the staff was so nice. The bar area was fun with great food and drinks, and outstanding service. The server at the bar even moved my lounge chair for me to a sunnier location. Truly above and beyond. The pool is comfortable and heated, which was a treat on a slightly cooler weekend. The location is amazing. Close to several restaurants, and only a few minutes walk from the beach. Hands down my favorite place to stay in Fort Lauderdale.

Towels were delivered to my room and I hadn't requested them. It was nice that they added that touch even though I was only staying two nights, but I was napping and the employee kept knocking and tried to open the door even though I let them know the room was occupied. Not a deal-breaker, but in the future please don't enter an occupied room.

It was a great location. Walking distance from the beach and strip with all kinds of restaurants. The cafe down the street is adorable and really great desserts, muffins and coffee. The room was clean but we felt that the door handle was a little concerning. The lighting was very dim, need brighter lights. Shower was great and bed was comfortable. We would stay there again and again, because of location and comfort. The pools at least 2 of them were not heated as stated on their site which sucked but if it were warmer it wouldn't be a big deal. Check in was easy and the workers around were very nice.

Lighting, locks on door, maybe add additional security to the door to make guests feel super safe, even though the area was really nice. We felt safe but kind of slept with one eye slightly open.

Beach towels are very worn.

Access to other hotels within the company, food and coffee near by, literally a block away from the beach entrance. Comfy beds.

No elevator…request first floor room if you’re elderly or disabled. Pools could use some more cleaning. One pool wasn’t heated, very cold.

The location of this hotel was amazing. Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and night life, this hotel was conveniently located in the middle of the strip of Fort Lauderdale. The hotel's bar also served some great drinks that my husband and I enjoyed when we returned from a day of adventure. The staff was so friendly and available whenever we needed anything.

The shower had a weird half-glass panel as its door/shower curtain and it did not stop water from leaking out. There was water on the floor after every shower we took.

I was unaware that there were no elevators. We were a late arrival and our room was on the 3rd floor, which was impossible for me to walk up stairs due to an injury. I expressed that to Mr.G (I forgot his name) and he was very understanding. He called to one of the other properties and explained my situation, luckily they had a room available on the 1st floor and accommodated my reservation there. Once I got there the two gentlemen that checked me in were very welcoming as well. One even went to check the room to make sure it was clean.

Super place, just a 5 min walk to the most beautiful beach at the same time having three different heated pools at the disposal of the hotel guests. Parking very easy- with the hotel notice only 10 euros for 24 hrs (we could leave ht ecar until 15 hrs the day of our departure which allowed us to profit from visiting fo the city and the beach. Rooms very spacious, clean, beds comfortable. Our room had cafe machine and microvawe. It was lovely to seat around the pool in the evening and enjoy the atmosphere. No noise or parties. Very comfortable and quiet place. Perfect for us travelling with small kids.

everything was perfect. The pool at our part of the hotel was cold, but in no time we could walk to the other side and swim in heated pool.

As the other reviews wrote, the location is PERFECT! You CAN get to the beach within a 2 min. walk. I enjoyed the staff; they were SO friendly and down-to-earth. They all smiled, greeted, and filled any requests instantly!! The '70s style motel is fun and offers 3 pools, a tiki bar (Thurs - Sat), and walking distance to all boulevard restaurants as well as neighborhood/village breakfast spots.

The air conditioner is a little loud and the pool outside our room was not heated but the other two pools are heated. It would be nice to have a dresser and a chair or two to sit in within the double-queen rooms. Other than that, everything was fine. You don't go to Ft. Lauderdale to sit in your room!

We absolutely loved this property. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the whole property was very clean, the pools were warm and clean and it was very close to the happening night life in the area. The small cooktop came in handy and there were enough “cooking utensils” to prepare a simple dinner in the room. It’s an older place but it has been updated nicely. We will most definitely be back!!!!!!

Not the property’s fault but I received a parking ticket. I was parked where I was supposed to but, unbeknownst to me at the time of parking, the front of the car was a little bit over the sidewalk. Make sure you check to see if any bit of your car is over the sidewalk to avoid a $40 ticket.

I did not have many expectations when I booked the property. I was looking for a place to lay my head after an 8-day cruise. I was so pleasantly surprised. The staff was so accommodating. I got there early…about 9 am. My room was not ready (3 pm check-in). They held onto my luggage while I did some laptop work near the pool. I also had errands to run. When I returned a couple of hours later, my room was ready. They found me a room on the 1st level. I checked in…still before the official check in time…and slept soundly. My room was super clean and comfy. It was near the pool, but I didn’t hear much/any noise.

I didn’t expect anything fancy, so it was all good for me.
