Room was so clean!! Bed was comfortable and the pillows were awesome! Perfect bungalow type room and chill! Yes, you pay for a parking permit; however, they have 6 other properties that are around the area that you can park at as well!? Saves a lot on parking for sure!! Pool was clean and never more than a few people in there at a time. That staff were the BEST! Very friendly and helpful with all kinds of local places to visit. We will definitely be back! We stayed 7-1 to 7-3 for an incredible deal!

Honestly, there was nothing that we didn't like about our stay.

My room was clean and a very close walk to the beach and the beach activities. Yet, it was off the beach which allowed for a more quiet stay. The wifi allowed me to complete what work I had. The staff was exceptional. When I needed help, they were pleasant and assisted me. I was very pleased with my 6 night stay.

I did use my computer to watch certain sports and financial TV shows I usually watch. The TV selection was basically streaming with Pluto being the live TV feed. The streaming and WIFI connected TV shows satisfied my needs.

I loved the location. It was perfect for people who enjoy a nice short walk to the beach instead of being close to the noisy Main Street. I was amazed at how genuinely kind and helpful the staff were. It’s a really cute little hotel. The village cafe had a cute ambience and the turkey burger was delicious. I also went to the village store and appreciated the guest’s discount

The walls are very thin. I could hear normal pitch conversation in the adjacent room with perfect clarity and detail. So much that I had to turn up the tv to tune them out. The pillows are really hard and uncomfortable. They have to fix the jacuzzi jets and lights. I was looking forward to an evening in the jacuzzi but two were broken. I wish they had provided a lists of transportation options like the Circuit and Beach Connector that I saw on my last day. That would have been very helpful for going down on the strip to listen to music at night.

Kavon was Great very helpful and a interesting person to talk with he was the Front desk person when i arrived I enjoyed my stay so much when I returned from my cruise i stayed another night. I enjoyed that it was only 2 blocks from the beach had a nice pool could use a jacuzzi though. And was in walking distance to food, CVS Drug store and it was a big store with a variety of items.

nice value for the money

we got to the hotel early 9am they kept our bags in the office because couldn’t checkin until 3 pm .The man working the front desk assured me that our bags were safe .My apple I pad and Bose blue tooth speaker were stolen out of my carry on .We only stated one night .We checked into another hotel the next morning where are room was ready.I opened my bags and my I pad and speaker was missing .I called the hotel no one got back to me and called two more times finally called the hotel and they did and reached someone They told me they didn’t have my belongings .So they were stolen from my bag and told me there was nothing I could do about it .

Location, beach access, property gardens, front porch, easy parking access to room. I feel like we had a good rate for the room we were assigned. I really liked how private and quiet the grounds were, especially at night. I like the ability to text the front office for assistance.

I wish the door was more secure. It would have been nice to have a small table and chairs in the room. There was no chair; we had to sit on the bed for everything, including eating.

The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We asked if we could get chairs and a lamp for the room and this was provided immediately. We got chilled water from Frédérico as we didn't have a car to go to the shops. The pool was a real bonus. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Beach Gardens, but would upgrade from the Studio Queen room.

The only downside was that the room was initially a bit basic, but chairs and a lamp were provided. There were not really any shops nearby for water etc, take provisions with you. The pool could do with a bit of a clean around the edge. I would recommend that at least 1 chair is provided.

8.2

The room was very modern and clean. The front desk lady allowed us to keep our stuff in the locked lobby and allowed us to check-in early. They also had beach towels for us. However, there isn't always a person at the front desk 24/7. They had housekeeping every day with fresh new towels. Also, they owe a ton of hotels on the island that you can visit too and use.

The walls were very thin or the people beside us were just very loud. I know they can't control the guests voices but I could hear their conversations. Housekeeping also didn't clean the whole room. The location to the beach was a 5 minute walk however, if you don't have a car it's not really close to a grocery store or cheap restaurants to just grab a snack so you will have to walk at least a mile for subway or Publix, etc.

The room was beautiful and extremely clean, it smelled like eucalyptus when we walked in (unlike other hotels on this trip, which smelled like humidity and moisture). And the staff was incredible, I left something in our room after we checked out and when I called to ask if I could go back and get it, the clerk on duty personally went and got it for me so housekeeping wouldn’t mistake it for something else. He had it waiting (locked away) in the main lobby for me, wrapped carefully in a plastic bag to protect it. The location was surprisingly great too, super close to the beach and to some really delicious restaurants! The TV was awesome too.

The pillows were a little hard/uncomfortable, but if that’s what you need for your spine then all the better. The only other possible complaint would be that the walls are a little thin- we could hear our neighbors very clearly, and we’re sure they could hear us as well.
