The location is close to Wilton Manors and walking distance to the beach. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I got room 19A which is the front of the resort with the direct view to the ocean vis Windamar St. Wideangle photo of the room and the view from inside is included on this review.

The service of the staff is excellent, the room is spacious and pleasant (see comments separately about the air conditioner), the bed is very comfortable, the location is nice near the sea and there is free parking. The pool and hot tub are nice. There is also a small gym for those who are interested, a basic breakfast but it is enough and the possibility to purchase drinks at very reasonable amounts
As others have already written, the place lacks character or atmosphere. There are no corners with grass or at least by the pool, there are no flower pots and there is no feeling of intimate corners that are usually characterized in gay resorts. The hotel is planned to be connected to 4 other nearby hotels - hopefully this will improve the atmosphere and not harm the atmosphere that is required from places of this type (hope they keep the hotel for gay men only) A few small additional notes - there was a coffee machine in the room but no capsules. There was an envelope for a tip for the cleaners but there was no room cleaning service at all. It is not clear what the tip is for. The air conditioner in the room is of the old type (window air conditioner) and it is very noisy.

Great location near Ft Lauderdale Blvd and beach. Friendly staff. Multiple pools and hot tubs spread out throughout the property. Two small gyms plus a high-end shower for guests to use after they check out. Guests can use the amenities after checkout while waiting for their flights. Our room had a kitchenette and was spacious, Spartan but clean.
Property needs a few updates. A large fountain wasn’t working, nor was one of the hot tubs.

Nice resort. Better now all resorts are together which offers more variety. Friendly staff. Clean.
No housekeeping during my stay. I'm not buying the "covid/lack of staff" excuse anymore! Lock on the main entrance could be a bit more secure. And try to avoid the room next to the entrance, as you hear every entry and exit.

The staff, massage from the dark guy(sorry I can't recall his name) was outstanding...he made feel like it was a work of art...one of the best and most rejuvenating experiences I have had in massage...Bill and Billie are just the most hospitable guys. I loved the close location to the beaches, too.
No daily cleaning or buffet breakfast...seems to be a covid/American procedure

Even though the hotel did not provide many services due to pandemic conditions, it remained a welcoming sport. It was kind of like staying at a friends place.
I wish they had included a little more in room literature like other hotels. We did not have much of an idea of services available, sites of interest, or even a lineup of local tv stations. Great place, but advertise!
