Location, and the room was clean.
By the time I made the reservation for 2 rooms, the price I got was 139/room. When I checked in, the person in the front told me that the price would be $180 and that I only has a reservation for 1 room. Really really bad!!! I'm not happy with that. I will never make any reservation through Booking.com or recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott in Fort Lauderdale. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and pillows that ensured a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and functional, and we appreciated having access to the gym and pool. However, the breakfast provided was disappointing, lacking variety and quality. Despite this minor drawback, our overall experience at the hotel was positive, thanks to the comfortable accommodations and convenient amenities.

Everything was perfect as my survey says, with the exception of last night-Saturday- my 9th night out of 10. Neighbors, right through the wall and I think 702- were loud, 🤪knocking on the wall and 😝floor on everything for more than two hours. It was awful.😡Finally, I called the front desk at about 1 AM and complained.😵💫 That is my only complaint.

The Hotel was nice. Location was nice.
During my three nights, my room was not cleaned at all (despite me calling the front desk and requesting it three times. I was offered clean sheets but I would have to fix my own bed). The young lady during check out was rude and lack customer service skills.

I could hear the other guest through my room walls. Although it was annoying it happened a few times late at night. The Breakfast was great. Room walls I could easily hear the guest in the next room.

Breakfast was lovely, hotel was located about a 10 min walk from Las Olas Boulevard which was ideal. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and common areas were very clean. Very close walking distance to Las Olas Blvd, restaurants, shops, and activities. Room was quite large (including the bathroom). Pool on site was a nice bonus.
No shuttle service available, so we had to use taxi's for the airport and cruise port. The coffee was really good, but the hot breakfast was just ok. Really these are minor complaints. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.

Check in was smooth and the atending lady was very nice, room was clean, there was a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and the bathroom was equiped with all toiletries.We stayed only 1 night but the experience was great. At breakfast time there was a lady that took care of the breakfast station that was extremely nice check out was fast and we where atented also great
