The property in itself is wonderful, room spacious, clean, everything you need is there. Bed is comfortable. Shower is perfect. Wide TV screen with high quality. Everything is new. Terry at the breakfast was very helpful and kind with us (as we arrived a little bit late 😉)

A very bad surprise at checkout, the parking is charged around 30$ per night without prior notice. We discovered this thanks to our bank app ! When we came back to ask the front desk said they were sorry 😣 ! The sofa was not « prepared », we had to make the bed by ourselves. Not a big deal but it is more welcoming when we don’t have to do it. The flush of the toilet was not working properly, we had to « play » with the shutter to make it work… The hotel is next to the road where there is truck traffic noisy especially in early morning as the road is not very flat this shakes the trucks ! Didn’t manage to make the safe work. No instructions found in the room for that. Area around the hotel is full of homeless so you will order room service…

The elevators are key carded. Once in, you have to use ur key in order to go onto the next floor. I like that a lot. It keeps people that doesn't support to be there out. I LOVED the breakfast. So good. Definitely, the best breakfast 🥞 I have ever had at a hotel. Egg, scramble and sausage links. Pancake... Yum yummy.. I will for sure be back

Parking is 30$$ a day!!! Very small parking garage. If u have a big truck, you made need to park across the street. Just didn't get all of the towels I needed. When I go to the front desk, I thought they would give them to you. No, they have someone bring them to ur room. I had to call twice, in order from them to remember. Then, I didn't get the correct towels. It was okay. Overall, I really enjoyed this place..

Breakfast was great every morning. The manager made sure to address any issue that came up. The staff are friendly and cooperative.

It took two days to get someone to clean my rooms and they only did it because I had to speak to the manager. They only took the trash and gave us towels bed linen was not changed or vacuum.

I attempted to check in early. I was unable and the counter person they would contact me by text or call when I was able to. I never received a call or text. I booked two separate suites. I requested the room be closer at least on same floor. The counter staff never called me back letting me know anything. Not good.

I was genuinely taken aback by the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. Moreover, the array of amenities provided in the room, including a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, truly impressed me. Notably, the swimming pool area exudes greatness and is adorned with abundant sunlight throughout the day.

The cost of parking at USD 30 per night struck me as rather steep, especially when considering the prevailing parking rates in the region. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a Bus/Train stop, coupled with the presence of several homeless individuals in the vicinity, unfortunately, contributed to a sense of unease that discouraged leisurely walks in the area.

New furnishings. Front staffs are friendly but wish the Director of Room Sales had more decency to span out the guests on other floors than just squeeze everyone into one floor and leaving the rest empty!

Overcrowding of guests on one particular level whilst other floors are empty! Some irritating guests don’t sleep at night, they just keep going in and out of the rooms making a total nuisance of themselves at 1am, 2 am, 3am until 5 am then they simmered down! By then it was time for me to get up! Not a good sleep experience! Also, walls are paper thin! Separated by boards only!

Breakfast was better than other hotels I stayed. A lot of staff at the front desk to help. Nice pool area with plenty of room to spread out and to hang out during the evening with a var that was open at night. Right next to the tri-rail train if you want to take a ride to Miami for example. Walking distance to Las olas blvd with restaurants and shopping and also the river walk. If visiting for a short time You really don't need a car unless you want to go to the beach in which case you can probably take a taxi/uber.

It was expensive but we were there during heavy cruise traffic in December and it was actually one if the least expensive hotels in the Las Olas area.

The only thing was figuring out where to park to check in. You need a pass to access the parking garage. had to call the front desk to figure it out.

The layout of the suite was extremely functional and easy to maneuver with my things. Had ample storage and kitchen lay-out was adorably phenomenal. The bathroom amenities was smartly delivered, with the wash, lotion and hair products in the squeeze bottles. The to-go breakfast was yum, and convenient.

Front desk was a bit rude with my family when they came down asking for a key for our room. We had a pup just out of surgery and it was a horrible inconvenience when they had to verify with me 1st before giving here a key. I understand the security measures bit I did ask for 3-keys at check-in and front desk woman did not ask for names then🤔. Consistency with the way you treat people is a big deal for me, and having my family loose patience waiting for a room key to be verified on such a hecktic day for our pup, is a no no.
