great view, location, nice gym, big room, great sweatshirt robes, motion sensor night light in bathroom, lots of towels, nice coffee/tea selection, most lights you can turn on from one switch by the door, they have a champagne vending machine by the elevators, managers were great at helping with an issue we had

bathroom light super bright & needs dimmer. lights in bar also super bright like a cafeteria parking was $36 per day ( but has in and out privleges) Aquafina offered in room which isn’t great water choice/flavor, online we picked a balcony room but didn’t get one when we arrived :( could have some better pillows that aren’t feathers and a sheet between me and the comforter

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfy with all appliances/amenities you need including fridge, coffee machine, safe, storage..Gym and pool were great and the location was perfect.

Some staff members let the property down. Check in desk staff are barely willing to do their job and provide no info upon check in. Some of the female wait staff in the hotel restaurant were lazy and rude but there was a couple of guys who went above and beyond. They closed the pool early on 2 days of my stay and did not provide any prior notice, only a poster at check in desk.

This hotel was amazing. This was my first time staying in this hotel. This will be my go to hotel when I come to fort Lauderdale. The staff was so friendly. I dealt with Marcel I believe his name is he was amazing and helping me understand everything and he was very knowledgeable about the hotel and amenities and things to do around the hotel. The amenities was amazing you are able to rent a bike or scooter or even get a ride in a Tesla at no extra charge plus they give you beach chairs umbrella and they gave my daughter shells to make a castle. The restaurant food was so good my waitress was direen she was amazing always checking on us and she really showed interest in my daughter and made sure she was ok and get her anything she wanted. She was truly amazing with my daughter and made her feel very comfortable. The room was so beautiful and the balcony was a bonus. My husband loved the robe.

The only thing I just wish the room had a microwave.

The property was pretty nice overall, excellent customer service from the front desk, to the staff in the restaurant. We even had a large reservation to celebrate a family event, and they were supper attentive and friendly at all times. They gave us the wrong room by mistake, and as soon as we noticed, we informed the front desk and without asking much, they apologized and gave us a new room. Will stay there again for sure. The decoration and location was a plus!

The pool was supposed to be opened until 8pm, but the pool bar was closed most of the time we tried to go. It would have been nice to have more clarity on that service. But nothing that would change my mind about my stay there.

The hotel was exceptionally nice and upscale. The bar staff and housekeeper staff were exceptionally friendly. The lead valet guy with the blazer was exceptionally welcoming and professional. The valet guy whose name starts with an 'S' was the best one the team. The bar area was really nice. The smell of the hotel was phenomenal and the pool area topped it all off. Would love to stay here again when I visit FTL every Christmas and summer holiday.

The toilet was not in working order. Most of the valet just stood around or walked past you without immediately assisting to get your car. Very discouraging and a waste of time. No other concerns.

The location was close to several restaurants and night clubs. Easy access for someone who wants to get out at night. It was pretty quiet on Thursday but was much busier on Friday and Saturday nights.

The hotel included bike rentals with our stay, but there are no real bike paths in town, that I would feel safe taking my daughter on. We did find a safe path at the park that is just across the street from the hotel, but it had numerous homeless people on just about every bench of the park. (They didn't harass us in any way though).

I loved the layout of the suite. Loved the extra secure measures to access the hotel floors.....by placing your electronic room key to allow which floor selection. Loved the lobby and restuarant...beautifully decorated. Loved the full AND half bath. Kudos to ALL the staff from valet to front dest to housekeeping to valet. The food prepared at the restaurant was magnificent !!! Special special recognition to Rose our housekeeper and Sharise front desk.

No microwaves in suite, but I understand the risk factor involved. Please get more wine selections, hint hint Moscato !!! Please expand the liquor beverage selection for the complimentary drink...didn't like the restricted selection so I gave our ticket to other random guest !! Paid it forward.

This is a very good hotel, it is clean and all amenities are appropriate. The majority of the staff are brilliant, always ensuring that they go all out to make sure that everything is okay. The staff couldn't do anything more to make our stay, comfortable, and enjoyable.

The room did not have a sofa or comfy chair to sit down on. It would have been nice to have one in the room.

The location and the atmosphere. Very surreal.

Location, location location. Being on the west end of Las Olas makes getting in and out with a car a breeze. The hotel staff were always pleasant and accommodating. The food and beverage service, quality and cost were on point. As a designer, attention to detail says it all for me. The building design and layout were beautiful and well proportioned. The building exterior detailing is contemporary yet timeless as compared to the surrounding buildings. The interior design was so well balanced in color, patterns and texture. It gave you the sense of luxury without the banal look of corporate design. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Downtown Fort Lauderdale.

The one thing that bothersome was the room card access in the elevator to access your floor. It took multiple tries for the card to be recognized. It should be as quick and efficient as the room door locks.
