The location was great for access to the area. It is a comfortable place for walking around. Shopping Mall with good choice of restaurants just over the road and a straight longish walk to Redondo Beach. Hotel room was plenty big enough with a little settee area and good bathroom. Standard size double bed was comfortable. Staff were very welcoming with easy check in and out and always said hello etc as we left or came back into the hotel. Breakfast area was clean and food was good if limited selection. Plenty of car parking space too.

There is nothing really to dislike. For other travellers, seek a King bed room if you need space.

Everything! Bri at the front desk was amazing! I needed to stay for 3 nights as my apartment was undergoing repairs. From the moment I walked in throughout my stay she has been wonderful and and accommodating, ensuring I was happy and ensured had everything I needed. The rooms were impeccable, great Wi-Fi service and lived the citrus body wash shampoo conditioner and lotion! The business office came in handy for last minute documentation. The lobby hosts a continual flow of Starbucks coffee and even makes lattes and cappuccinos! All of this very reasonably priced and right next to the Del Mall. Thus was truly a home away from home. The staff and room were good. The breakfast was mostly just what we needed. The room was mostly to our needs.

The only thing that was not good about our room was the lighting. It wasn't that there was not enough light but that some of the lights were too bright and not usable such as the ighting above the bed which should be for reading but were way too bright. The kitchen area had very poor lighting. The light over the bathrooms sink area was way too bright. More like a light that should have been in the living area.

Very good and helpful staff, the room space is quite large, the bed is comfy, the breakfast is excellent with a lot of varieties, safe parking just in front of the hotel entrance, multi channels TV, microwave and coffee machine were available in the room. WiFi speed was good and stable.

There is no safe box in the room for valuable items, even though the breakfast was excellent, but there was no change, the same exactly every day. Other than this, everything was perfect

Very good stay at BWP Avita. The high ratings are justified. Good choice for families. Reception staff is helpful. Very good breakfast included with a lot of variety. Grace is the best at service with a smile and polite attitude. She really took care of all guests visiting the restaurant. Free parking is a great addon. Good free WiFi. Rooms are clean. Bed was big and comfortable. Free Starbucks coffee at the reception lobby. Beaches are a 10 min drive. Many known car rental companies in 15 min walk distance. Overall a great stay in LA.

They should provide drinking water daily in the room. No default daily cleaning service. Housekeeping has to be called for based on requirement. But they do oblige.

Breakfast is not great but good enough considering the price we paid and breakfast was included. The room is clean and spacious and hotel staff are friendly. Del Amo Fashion Centre is just 10mins walk away and plenty of food options along Hawthorne Blvd. Onsite free parking is sufficient. Gym is small and basic(but who cares we are not here for workouts anyway.)The laundry and dryer machines are cheaper than those laundry shops outside. Free coffee machine at reception and now they just installed a cold/hot water dispenser too! What more can you ask for?

The whole staff was wonderful. From check in, breakfast and check out :) The location was great as well. The room was very comfortable and cozy.

We had housekeeping scheduled every day. I'm not sure who kept turning our sign that hangs on the door to the do not disturb sign. We returned to the hotel after a long day. I think it was housekeeping that called our room if we still wanted it cleaned. By then all we wanted to do was rest. I explained to her what happened. The same thing happened the very next day with the door sign. So I'm not sure if we were crossed off the list from my last conversation or someone thought they were funny turning the signs. The lighting in the room could of used a lamp since all the lights are bright.

The location was very convenient for us as we were visiting family, and the shopping mall was within walking distance. The rooms were nice and spacious, and the breakfast variety was excellent. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and so were the breakfast room staff and cleaners.

The air conditioning is very powerful (very cool), it would be good if the temperature could be controlled. The breakfast room was only open from 6-9am, it would be good to extend this to 6-10am.

The breakfast was GREAT there was a little bit of everything even a little something for picky eaters or people that watch their intake I posted of few pix but I have a sucky phone, so the color isn't the best, but the breakfast looks better in person. So honestly, I don't know what the few bad comments about the breakfast were about everything was great. the hotel is beautiful clean inside and out, the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable as well as the pillows, the AC worked great. The staff was AMAZING they go above and beyond to get you whatever you need right away they're very friendly and polite, Grace who works in the breakfast room is GREAT keeps everything clean and stocked up and if you need anything she rushes to the kitchen and grabs it for you she's so good at her job we would tip her just to show her some appreciation. Management, please give Grace a raise she really deserves it they all do.

The room is really nice and the bed is comfortable. The shower and bathtub are decent. The Starbucks machine drinks were free. It’s not like Starbucks itself but was a very appreciated gesture by someone who loves coffee. The breakfast was good.

I had a stain on one of the sheets when I checked in and I just saw it the next day. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t from me but otherwise the room was really clean. & I asked them to change the sheets and they did.
