Room 2522, penthouse, was set up very well. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Towels were plush. Heater provided even heat throughout the rooms, as it was a very windy, cold weekend. There was good lighting, as there were plenty of windows.

There was no weather stripping on the door, so the heater had to work overtime. The louvered door adjacent to the kitchen needed cleaning as did the upstairs bathroom floor, because there were rhinestones and party confetti on the floor which hadn't been vacuumed up. Octogenarians should definitely be warned that there is no elevator to reach the second stories, and carrying bags up the exterior stairs is very difficult.

property was well kept both inside and out. the rooms were filled with accommodations and necessities for getting through a few nights. fridge, stove, countertops, bed, smart TV, large bathroom, everything. it was a great property with almost no complaints. very clean and well kept.

only complaint was the parking lot had some very brutal speed bumps that hit the bottom of my car. my car isn’t that low but it is a bit lowered so I can’t complain too much about that.

VERY CLEAN. (2 bedroom loft) This is our 2nd time booking this hotel & my family was impressed with how clean our hotel room was. We were very comfortable & enjoyed using the kitchen amenities. The beds were comfortable as well. The new receptionist that checked us in was super friendly, and he was accommodating! After we checked out and already drove 8+ hours away, I realized I left my phone which the cleaning staff was able to retrieve and the hotel shipped it out to me the next day! This is definitely the hotel we are booking EVERY time we come visit LA

Parking lots at night is packed. Whenever we would come back to the hotel past 10 pm we werent able to find parking close to our hotel room. Not much you can do since all of the cars in the lot are accounted for.

The check in and breakfast was excellent, good selections and dinning facilities were very clean.

The workout center has old equipment and some didn't work. further the TV weren't work. The room was nicely laid out, but there were some old used towels hanging from the shower curtain rod. minor items but ones feel should be remarked on.

Missing from toilet some essential accessories to keep it clean during your stay. Missing from coffee machine the bottle to drain the coffee. Breakfast choices became less comparing 2018, before Covid. For this amount of money I was expecting more variety for breakfast.

Clean, Quiet.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Needs new mattress and fluffy done comforters like Marriott of Torrance for the price you pay. It is very pricey. Outdated furniture and fixtures and lights. TV’s were small and needs more of channels.

There was somewhat a musty smell like the room was not used for awhile which is understandable because of COVID. Was not a problem at all.

The key card gets demagnetized easily. The Door know too hard to jolt down, for fragile wrist And arm it could hurt a lot.

Queen is a bit small for us. A king would be better. But the overall suite was very clean and comfortable.

Was nice,

Bottom sheet looked wrinkled like sheet was not changed, but I alway bring a flat sheet and a blanket of my own. Quite a few spider webs on the high ceiling. It was a ok stay. And 15.00 to park your car, I mean Really???? I would think as much as I paid for the room and wouldn’t have to pay for parking also.
