We used the breakfast room daily; food choices were good. Staff was great throughout our stay. We opted not to have daily room service, and housekeeping were generous with fresh towels and toilet paper when we saw them in the hallway. Loved that Round Table, pharmacy, Subway and ice cream shop were walking distance from hotel.

We would have liked more fresh fruit options with breakfast, and the line for waffle-maker was slow...and sometimes ran out of batter. It was crowded and kind of stuffy, so we usually took our trays back to our room. The pool was smaller than we expected.

Location is excellent. Especially for families. The hotel is clean and family friendly and close to so many good places to eat and if you think ahead and bring a wagon, accessing the beach with all of your beach necessities is a breeze. Staff is very friendly from breakfast staff, front desk was helpful beforehand on the phone and upon arrival, and our cleaning lady was very sweet.

I did not like entering the hotel and not being greeted or at least acknowledged by the front dest staff because they were busy with their earbuds and looking down at their phones, or the personal grooming was happening - like combing hair or biting nails. Being engrossed in one's own thing while doing a hospitality job is just not appropriate for the guest experience and for the safety of the hotel - one may miss someone who should not be entering the premises. The grooming is just a complete no-no. Staff is very nice, but these two things definitely needs some attention.

Loved the breakfast and the size of the room. Loved that the Windows could be opened or the aircon could be used.

We booked through booking.com and I didn't realise I could only pay in US dollar and not Aus dollar quoted price so paid an extra $100 us for the room. Also then I was told I couldn't get the reward Best Western points as I booked through booking .com. we are doing a road trip and were planning on staying only at Best Western but now not so sure. Thought they would give me the reward points as we paid so much for the room. Should be more flexible to generate more business!

The location is pretty nice, next to the main road 1, a few nice restaurants around as well as pretty nice area, called Rancho Palos Verdes, where you can enjoy walking or admiring cliff views. Also, not far from airport LAX. There is parking around the hotel for free. The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfest choices, but I am pretty picky about the availability of healthy staff for breakfest, which is generally an issue in most US hotels unfortunately.

Breakfast was great and delicious, hostess were great kept everything fresh and clean be sure to leave a tip for them . Location was great nearby restaurants cvs store . The area was safe the neighborhood people were very friendly and polite. Will definitely stay there if ever visiting Los Angeles again.

Super helpful friendly staff let us check in early. Felt safe and well maintained. Breakfast buffet included in the price offered waffles, yogurt, cereal, eggs, bacon, juices and coffee/tea. Swimming pool and hot tub were a nice temperature. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops. Had a hairdryer, safe, iron refrigerator and mini shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The beds had white coverlets instead of bedspreads so it felt crisp and clean. Blackout curtains for privacy and sleeping. They gave us extra towels for the pool.

Door to the room was heavy for me to open. My bed although very comfortable had a strange creak when I changed position that would wake me up. The other bed didn’t have that issue.

We stay at this hotel exclusively when we visit so cal and have always been very pleased with our stay. Good value and a great location.

Breakfast bar was not what it was a few years ago. No ready to eat hot oatmeal and different potatoes. Small complaint but made enough difference that we went to another restaurant to eat. The attendance of the breakfast bar were friendly and helpful.

Overall this was a nice stay. Breakfast was basic but more than enough with good coffee. Location was really good - a bit far from northern LA but are area was clean, quiet and safe. Beach was a short walk away. Hotel is well maintained and clean.

Rooms are poorly insulated and you can hear everything through the door and walls - so your comfort may depend on the location of the room and your neighbors. I could hear someone on the other side of a phone call from the next room. Some rooms may be dark.

I loved the room. I liked that they had Keurig pots in the room so I could bring my favorite coffee. I liked that they had a specialty coffee area near the front desk. I liked the breakfast as it included options I had never seen like a yogurt section with toppings.

As you exit the property, my car always scrapped my bumper. I wish they would fix this. it was really the only negative thing to say.

We got to the hotel real early and we were allowed to check in 2 hours early.
