The Redac is a well-appointed, clean, and professionally run operation that makes for a pleasant stay. The rooms are contemporary and spacious. The staff was generally efficient and helpful. This has been the case in the five or six times I have stayed here.

I could have done without the $150 deposit on the room but I suppose that is there to keep out the riff raff. A swimming pool would have been nice but it certainly isn't a deal breaker.

Generally, a quiet peaceful property. Clean and comfortable. They offer they’re guest bathrooms with bidets which is a great addition to the rooms. The bed was super comfy too. And the AC cooled the room nicely.

Unfortunately, we had noisy upstairs neighbors that stomped around and slammed doors. But we understood that was out of management’s control.

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is very professional and friendly. Location is good, near a lot of retaurants, but not at a short walking distance. Conveniently located at about 20 min ride from LAX

I did not use breakfast facilities, but they provide free coffee at the lobby. Apparently they forgot to buy creamer!

Hotel was in a good location, lots of breweries nearby, air conditioning worked good, safe and secure facility.good value for the area.

The restaurant was only open for breakfast 6-9, I was under the impression from past reviews that there was a Japanese restaraunt in the hotel. They did have a convenient store in the lobby, though.

The toilet was incredible It warmed up and was a bidet. It sounds silly to say it was the highlight, but I was in town for a family emergency and that small detail at the hotel provided a lot of comfort.

It didn't seem like hotel breakfast was a thing when I was there (and I was up early). But I don't want to hold it against them if it was a thing and I just missed it.

Loved the room it was very comfy and a very good price for a Saturday. The receptionist Nicole was very welcoming and very helpful and polite! Maintenance was very quick to our call as well and were respectful.

The lamps in the room did not work, the tv was going on and off for a while but soon stopped right before going to bed. I asked the morning receptionist for 2 towels and I never received them so I had to use the previous night damp ones :(

Clean. Convenient. Not pricey. Great … a Toilet with bidet!! Accommodating staff. Left our luggages while we went out for late lunch and we picked it up 2 hrs before our flight. It save us the hustle of bringing our luggages while we are going around town.

No free water in the room. Empty hair conditioner.

Perfect room, perfect cleaning in bathroom, a lot of needed thing in room, like big refrigerator and microwave, a lot of light in room and in the bathroom 💪🏼

Option for late check out were not very attractive, but maybe in LA it's like that everywhere, it's a first for me

I appreciate the front desk taking care of a mistake that booking.com made. I made a reservation for a handicapped accessible room on booking.com and it was inputted incorrectly with Redac hotel. My father realized later that evening that it was not a handicap accessible room. Redac front desk person was able to change our room quickly and was very helpful, polite and handled the situation with professionalism.

everything from check in staff to special toilet bidet to comfortable cribs provided (you should list this as a selling point for families!)
