Everything was excellent except one thing.

Unfortunately, we saw cockroaches near the reception and the restaurant.

I love this hotel. The rooms are very clean, the beds are beyond comfortable. And i LOVE LOVE LOVE the shower. They staff was also great. They were very nice, and helpful. Had a couple of issues but they responded right away and took care of everything very quickly.

The toilet in the bathroom was leaking. There was water everywhere. And be careful going out on that balcony and closing the unlocked door behind you. SMH. I GOT LOCKED OUT, ON THE 7TH FLOOR!!! That was a mess. Once I got someone's attention at the business across the street from the hotel, and they contacted the front desk for me. They got to me right away, fixed my toilet and let me back in the room.

I actually ate at the hotel restaurant! It was very lovely. Love the bath tub and the shower in the rooms, it's the best thing in the world. I would recommend it for anyone who enjoys Japanese baths.

I feel like some of the furniture is starting to look old. A chair in my executive room was peeling and it wasn't very pleasant looking. I also find the sexy bathroom window a little weird when you're with coworkers or friends, but that's just me.

Good to have Japanese breakfast as an option. But Need more work on the quality. They also gave me a wrong order for my drinks, better if they could clarify it first.

Toilet paper quality could be a bit better. The fridge was a bit too cold and there was no way to adjust it. They need more hypoallergenic options for bedding too. When they replaced my sheet for the first time I Saw some stain on the replaced sheet, but they changed it after I informed them.

Very clean hotel with great facilities and great value for money. Room extremely clean with lots of amenities, great bathroom/shower/bath No issues with storing our bikes in our room. Location good, close to downtown Torrance. Free parking. Overall a great luxury experience especially for the price.

Conveniently located near the Los Angeles airport. Room and bathroom were very spacious. The deep soaking tub felt terrific after a long day and we loved the bidet toilet. Just like Japan except the room and facilities are much larger in comparison.

Carpet did not appear to be very clean but house slippers are provided.

This is now my 'secret place' to go whenever I am venturing into Redondo Beach & Palos Verdes. The Room was beautiful and so clean. Amazing bathroom! The room was so restful, comfortable and peaceful, as was the overall environment of the hotel. The staff was exceptional. It didn't matter that we were not right on the beach or closer to it. The drive to the beach was not difficult, but rather pleasant. There are also amenities close by including a grocery store. This is now my 'secret place' to come to whenever I visit the South Bay. I am hoping it stays 'secret'...ssh..it's a secret. (Now, I am thinking the secret is going to get out!)

The hotel is in a very quiet area and was also very quiet, which I loved. I was there to rest so it worked well.

Just a reminder to staff not to read the room number out loud, for safety reasons. Even though no one was around at the time, I dont like my room number read out loud. I was disappointed that I did not see that the spa is closed on Sundays and Mondays, so just FYI.

Location was good between LAX and the cruise port.

Restaurant wasn't open until 6 pm and wouldn't even serve cocktails to my friends and I until we were seated for our dinner reservation. We were seeing each other after years and had hoped to be able to catch up over drinks at about 5.

I greatly appreciated how quiet your hotel is and the ease of parking. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

There are less expensive hotels that have microwaves in the room. I was a bit miffed that I had to pay $35 to rent a microwave. For a hotel of your caliber I believe you should at least rent microwaves free of charge.
