spoke with Andrea over the phone and she was very patient and helpful when I was having issues with booking. upon check in I encountered Leticia and she to was patient kind and helpful after me asking to view the room before check in and she obliged without hesitation. I needed some kitchen tools and the staff offered the kitchen kit which i appreciated b/c I used more than what I asked for. Overall the staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and hotel in a nice quiet area.

i saw a few ants but i'm glad I didn't see any other bugs.

I really enjoy coming to this location. It was peaceful and I felt like I had a full enjoyable stay here I will be returning. I wouldn’t mind even working at a place just like this.

I wish they would have the complimentary breakfast again.. also the staff seemed to be more than willing to go out of there way to make sure things are relaxing and comfortable. Love everyone!

Due to an error in their booking system, the reserved room wasn't available. They were able to accommodate us in an acceptable manner and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. The security officer was so helpful with the rollaway bed, our luggage, and went beyond his duties in giving us assistance during our check-in.

Breakfast selection could be better. The regular "live there" guests hurry down to empty the flavored oatmeal and muffins, leaving only "plain" available for other paying guests. Nobody restocked the breakfast items nor were there any staff available to do so. The terrible skunky marijuana smell of the live in guests was almost constant in the halls and stairwells.

Customer service is impeccable! Clearly well managed organized,, professional while providing grade a five star service! My first time here so I was pleasantly pleased with the cleanliness of my room but of the entire facility!

I didn't eat breakfast. But the location was good. Kind of secluded. And right by a Walmart. I would stay again

The only thing is I was disappointed that the kitchenette didn't have any pots and pans and other useful items.

I like the fact that it has its own little kitchen and they can supply cooking utensils and dishes upon request at the front office so its like a home away from home full size refrigerator with a separate freezer so its a full kitchen love this place

Everyone on the staff was very nice and helpful. We had trouble getting our door key to work, and someone from Housekeeping was kind enough to help us get it open. I really appreciated having a decent sized refrigerator. The location is ideal for visiting family living in Carson.

I like about the property was it is Convenient around all shopping centers

I didn’t like about the property was the elevator I got stuck on there for a cool 5 mins, they should have better options for breakfast,and housekeepers don’t come until leave to change sheets

The staff was friendly, the property was nice and clean and the room was big and also clean. There differt food places and a Walmart all within walking distance. I love that they allow pets.
