The room was spacious and clean, the staff were helpful and friendly

The early morning traffic is loud, as the location is in a main busy street and right beside the railroad track.

Location was less than 10 minute drive to Six Flags Magic Mountain and it only cost $110 for room with 2 queen size beds. Motel was clean and even came with free shampoo and body soap. Room was much cleaner than any other motel I had even been too. The bathroom was also clean and shower had good water pressure. The motel was kind enough to let us keep our car in the parking lot entire day after we checked out since we only wanted to bring 1 car to Six Flags since parking at Six Flags is expensive! If your looking for something cheap and clean this is great place to stay if you want be close to Six Flags.

Great customer service, staffs were so kind, polite, and friendly. Our rooms were spacious and we were close to our family. Room 206 bed was more comfortable then our room 204. Comfortable beds, pillows, everything work great, water pressure ok but super hot water. Everything clean, fresh coffee and it was good... A lot of dining, shopping area around. Housekeeping did an excellent job.

There is nothing to complain about... We are pleased and will definitely stay here again.

First time starting here. Our room was very clean, had a pleasant smell. I like how the floors were not carpeted. Just what we needed after a long day at Six Flags. I arrived late and was able to check in quickly and efficiently. Fridge was large with microwave on top. Perfect for our needs, would stay here again. Connected to WiFi but didn't get to test it for streaming content because we went straight to bed.

Towels were a little small, and there needed to be a better weather guard on the door because there was a large crack that would allow bugs to crawl through. I didn't notice it until the morning when I saw the amount of light coming through. Also it would be nice to have dark drapes to close over the blinds at it was a little light in our room in the morning. Parking stalls are very tight, fine for our Elantra but maybe too small for a larger suv or truck. There was street parking though if needed.

It was much cleaner than I was expecting. Bathroom floor and shower were tiled really nicely, and bathroom was sparkling. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the hard-wood floor, which is so much better than carpet. You could tell they take pride in their rooms. The room actually looked better than the pictures. Of course some of the nicer motels here have a much newer feel, and we have stayed in them before, but they were twice the price, so this worked out much better.

For the price, you have to expect a few imperfections. The building is an older building, but we felt very well maintained and made as modern as possible given the traditional "motel" set up. The train goes by a couple of times a day, so just know it doesn't last long. if all the rooms are filled, I imagine there may not be enough parking because there are more rooms than spaces, though we had no problem. While the area of town isn't the high end area, it still felt safe and is super close to the Master's University which is where we needed to be.

I have lived in Santa Clarita for 17 years where I raised my son and continued to substitute teach for 10 yrs. I passed by this hotel many times thinking it was a truckers hotel but I was wrong! I needed a quiet hotel and decided to try this one out and loved it so much that I rebooked for 4 more nights. The owners remodeled the rooms and the beds are very comfortable. I would highly recommend this site for short or long visits to the Santa Clarita Valley! Wonderful and friendly staff!

parking spaces could be wider

Very good stay to visit Six Flags Magic Mountain. It is pretty quiet, even though there are train tracks on the other side of the road. I didn't mind that. Staff was friendly, there was fresh coffee in the morning. Would stay here again.

The area is somewhat sketchy. No comparison to LA, far from it. We had drinks in downtown Newhall and walked to the motel, I definitely prefered to not walk that alone after dark.

My room was very clean, and smelled fresh. Unfortunately the acoustics aren't great, very thin walls. I could hear all the other patrons and their conversations.

Curtains in the room in addition to the blinds. I liked having the blinds cracked for natural light, but felt all the people outside my room could see inside. (My room was right next to the laundry room)

Very clean, location gave access to all areas; the staff is very nice, patient, responsive. Good internet, comfortable beds, big drawers, clean bathroom, good water pressure. Lots of towels. Good work space. Big fridge. Decent cable. Security on call.

A couple of loud, confrontational guests upstairs. No coffee machine! Railroad Ave is convenient, but noisy. Loud heating unit in one room, but they moved me to a quieter one.

Bed was comfortable and clean. No bed bugs. The AC worked great, the water pressure and temp was also great. We did not use the TV or watch movies. The mini fridge was nice to store bottled water and basics. Being an older motel, there is actually room to walk around the edge of the beds unlike many modern hotels that cram as many rooms in as possible.

The parking was tight at night when everyone came back but there was always a space for us. You can hear the traffic at night and in the morning pretty clearly. I don't mind because I need background noise to sleep well.
