Early checkin was held hostage for a menial upcharge, then when accommodated a down sized tiny awful room was provided. Our reservation was for a room with a sofa, did not materialize even the next day because the one that held us hostage for the upcharge for a check in at 2.30 probably gave it to someone else. Early check in was requested on the reservation and so was used against us.... sad really sad. Not going to make any loyal customers with that type of treatment.
Early check in requested was weaponized against us to try and upcharge us. Room was down graded for a check in at 2.30 in the afternoon when check out is at 11.00 speaks volumes for mismanagement of the premises.

The room was decently sized for the 4 of us. The bathroom was neat and clean. The parking had adequate slots available for the guests and provided a secure place for our car
The air conditioning was noisy and kept alternating between making the room either too cold or too hot. Perhaps a better air-conditioning system is required in the rooms. Also, the breakfast area felt a little crowded on some days. Maybe, you could look at expanding the area a little more. Also, not a big deal breaker but we missed having tea in our room and breakfast offerings :-)

I gave this cause it wasn't totally bad, free breakfast, snacks available to purchase, office space to work or chill, coffee, tea available. I asked for knew blankets and they came me them. Dust free.
That the first night the blankets had a light smell request to have sheets and blankets changed they changed sheet but not blankets I know because I Mark them. But they were nice to give me some since the lady lied to my face about putting it in. One blanket was covered in did hair like wow. They seem to be pet friendly but should only keep pet rooms pet only and bedding for those rooms only like maybe use a different color for pet rooms. My daughter is allergic to dogs. But we did have another throw blanket to put on top.

We had a late check in and unable to rate all of the amenities the property had to offer. Overall, place looked great. Breakfast served from 6am-10am: pretty good. I had oatmeal and coffee. Staff very attentive and friendly.
Parking lot was full probably due to long weekend and we just happened to find the last parking spot. Last, the beds!! woke up stiff as a board. Maybe had 4-5 hours of sleep.

Close to lots of restaurants and near freeway entrance but not too near to be noisy. Modern clean facilities with a large breakfast area. Breakfast was far better than most places these days with not only pancakes but also omelettes and bacon etc. Would definitely return.
Breakfast was great… Not just that sparse continental breakfast thing you find often at other hotels.

nice bedding fairly quiet my girlfriend likes the room number photos especially the cow spacious shower especially for the larger man good blinds on windows
tv had movies or anything just cable no exhaust in bathroom air conditioning needs upgrading, it faces into a desk and is loud. little bit small for price parking seemed ample but ran out of spaces once some buses turned up. didn't like parking in red areas or the idea of having to walk

Smokers at the only 2 outdoor tables at breakfast, not eating. As it is still important to us to eat outdoors with COVID, and enjoyable any time, we did not appreciate smokers taking the only two outdoor tables at breakfast. These limited outdoor tables should be reserved for diners at breakfast. Smokers should have an area away from the dining area.

There wasn't a bible in the room and there wasn't any pen or paper pad to write on, so I had nothing to write a note to the person who cleaned the room to thank them and leave them a little tip, which is very important to me, if I stay there again, I will want those things in the room.

The staff did an outstanding job of making you feel good about staying at the Hampton. Friendly and professional and willing to help with your needs and concerns. Well appointed room with large walk in shower and clean soft towels. Extra pillows, mini fridge, coffee maker and of course free WiFi. Breakfast was decent considering covid restrictions. Boxed with bagel, muffin and water. Extra cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal along with juice and coffee bar and tea selection was offered until 10:00. Easy check in and check out. Upon returning to the area I will always stay here at this property. Highly recommend.
