Everything from the time my kids and I checked in until we checked out was winderful. The guy that checked me in was phenomenal. Great customer service. I also love the fact that the ammeties in the room were way over expectations. The liquid soap, lotion etc. Love it. I usually bring my own bottle of hand soap and to see tha it was available in the room had me in awe. The rooms were so comfy and big. The breakfast was great and it wasn't the same breakfast every morning. I truly felt like I was at home. This was home away from home. I will be coming back!!

It wasn't that I didn't like the fact that pets are welcomed. I am a pet owner as well. I was just concerned and wondering if they have certain rooms that are for pets and their owners. When they book their stay at the hotel. Just for the safety of other guests,, pets do carry ticks etc.

I loved the room size for my family of 5. It was very convenient to have a have a small kitchen area with all the necessary items, as well as a living room area, and very spacious bedroom with two queen beds. I was there for two nights and they served different breakfast items each day. The proximity of stores and fast food places is great.

It would be great if they posted a breakfast menu. Also, in the hotel’s website it mentions that they have an on-site restaurant but I did not see one at all once we arrived at the hotel. During Wednesday’s complimentary drinks, my husband was only able to get one drink due to the foamy beer coming up. After this incident, I was glad we didn’t purchase a drinking card.

We just needed a place to stay for the night along our trip. This was close to the freeway and it served our purpose well. It was very clean, modern, and new. The staff was friendly and the amenities were nice. When we walked into the room the TV screen had my name on it and a Welcome message. That was cool. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. They also had a self serve bar tap and a happy hour. We were not there long enough to enjoy that but seems like a nice touch! It was a great stay. Unfortunately it set the standards high for our next hotel on the trip which was not quite as new.

The breakfast was a nice to have in the morning since there are options for restaurants nearby but you have to use a car to reach them. The variety was nice of the breakfast items and the staff was polite if something was running low. The kitchenette was nice to have and so was the full size fridge. The bed was comfortable and the AC was pretty quiet. The pool was great and though we didn't use them, there were some BBQ's available for guest use.

Maintenance had to be sent up as we were leaving since I think the shower hadn't been used in awhile and there was an odor coming from the sink. It can happen anywhere and I wouldn't hold it against the hotel at all. It would be an easy fix and it didn't bother us necessarily since it happened as we were checking out.

Check in staff was so welcoming and fun. Perfectly located with easy off/on freeway access was terrific. Free parking and easy entry to the hotel is tantamount to our situation and Homewood Suites delivers both. Breakfast was good with lots of options, biscuts & gravy, potatoes, fried eggs, Canadian bacon, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, yogurt, huge bread selection. Rooms are nice and big with a full size fridge and freezer! We will stay here from now on.

TV mount was put up crooked so tv slants a little, but no big deal. It's the only thing I could think of.

Our room was huge and very comfortable. I love the full size refrigerator and cooktop options. The bathroom lighting was better than most hotels and there was plenty of very hot water. Our room view overlooked Magic Mountain. breakfast was a plus.

Towels were kind of rough, but that's being picky. I have no complaints.

We took our daughter and her friends for her birthday here. They are 15 so we booked them their own room. They had a great time but were a little loud. The management let me know and they were very understanding. My husband and o enjoyed the room, with the full kitchen and view of Magic Mountain and the pool. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean and I enjoyed the fact that it had s bathtub and shower . We enjoyed the gym and the free breakfast in the morning. We will definitely come again

The property is so clean and kept up very well. There is construction going on around the hotel and still it’s kept up extremely well. No debris of any kind laying around. The lobby smelled so greasy and clean… wish my own house could smell that good.

There was no waffle maker. But with a full kitchen, I made my own. There is nothing we didn’t like about this hotel.

Location was perfect close to everything. Nice and quiet friendly staff. Clean rooms, bed was extremely uncomfortable but overall great place and dog friendly. Pool was nice a bit cold definitely not a heated pool and it was not an indoor pool as advertised on website. Parking was easy.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Super soft my 5month old baby was sunk in the bed. Springs were completely shot.

The staff were great. Jim loaded and unloaded my husband's 3 oxygen tanks when there were no luggage carts available. I would still be there if not for him. We loved having a kitchen. It was fully stocked with all utensils needed. The full size refrigerator was a big plus. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of charging outlets. It was roomy and clean.

Separation from bathroom sink and the bed would be nice. Not having a door there was uncomfortable.
