clean. comfortable bed, quiet, nice little mini kitchen area, including a sink, easy parking, pleasant decor including small desk and chair with ottoman. Smelled fine and heater was quiet.
The advertised continental breakfast needs work! consisted of minuscule cinnamon buns (not replenished when ran out) bread, toaster waffles, frosted corn flakes, Raisin Bran and milk. While there was a toaster, there was no butter, jam or syrup. No fruit. The juice machine didn’t work. But I like Raisin Bran so I appreciated that part and our main reason for staying here was not the breakfast, but the reasonable price for the stay. Also a bit distasteful to find a long black hair in the bathtub when I have short grey hair and my husband has no hair!

The hotels in this environment are expensive so we took 1 room instead of 2, for a family of 5 people. The staff were amazing and entered an extra bed for the kid to a double queen-bed room. There is a warm pool and a cold pool outside. The room is well facilitated and clean, shower is fine, there is a little kitchen aid in the room so it's very nice.
Very bad wifi which disconnect you constantly, poor breakfast so better order the room without it. There are many options to eat outside or buy in the supermarket so don't worry about the breakfast. Rooms are great even without the breakfast.

Very nice staff, room was very large and the bathroom was even larger. Looks like it was well remodeled and it had lovely decor. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The room was quiet. The ac was quiet (I actually used heat), and the place was very clean.
The only ‘issue’ I had was the strong cleaner smell of the room. This is a common irritant of mine (as I am allergic). I also wish I could have let fresh air in to help get rid of the chemical smell. After running the fan for about 30 minutes, it seemed to clear.

The outside jacuzzi was actually heated this was a first. The handicapped accessible restroom was newly renovated. My husband also wanted me to mention the fresh baked cookies especially the oatmeal raisin was his favorite.
Maybe laundry on site but I’m not sure where it would go in this space.

Bed was clean and comfortable. It was not noisy at night. Right across the street is the best Steakhouse in Santa Clarita: Backwoods Inn,.... Not an inn ... a Steakhouse...
They could have had a spare blanket. I like it warmer than my wife. So a blanket for me would have helped.

We have stayed at various motels here in the valley. But you guys had an exceptional service.clean sheets and towels every day. We didn't get that from the other motels. And yes we're coming back. Thank you.

We booked a room for a Friday and saturday to visit my fiancees daughter. We arrived at the hotel Saturday morning at 5am knowing we had to pay for Friday night. The manager was so nice and instead of charging us for Friday and Saturday, he removed Friday night booking completely and only charged us an early check in fee for Saturday. That made us very happy saving us $120.00. Thank you
We thought the room was a bit over priced considering nothing was going on in the area
