I appreciated the kindness of the lady who was closing down breakfast service and still went to find sausages that I requested. A fair selection of hot and cold items. I liked that water bottle available as I returned from full day out. And front desk was attentive. Also housekeeping found me additional teas when I asked. Thus Service was their best feature.
Rooms a little run down and location a little hard to get to from moon bay.

Location was fine.. Chief Amazement Officer Bharat Patel was outstanding, first room had some issues and he switched us to another room. all our questions were answered, we would stay again in the possible near future.

Always clean. The swimming pool was clean. Some of the other facilities did not maintain the pool.
Cracked tiles in the walkway could be a safety hazard.

I liked the staff and the way they operate and leave you be mostly and they have Belgium waffles which I love
I wish they rewarded meforvarious nights it's annoying that I use various apps daily and don't just get access directly with free nights accrued.

Jessica at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She seemed to genuinely enjoy her job and offered to help make our stay as comfortable as possible.
We originally booked the room for only one night, but decided to stay an additional night. I only wished we could’ve stayed in the same room and not have had to move to a more expensive room.

Conveniently located!! The staff was great. I had a very long drive and the room was nice the bed was comfortable and I had everything I needed to really relax after a 10 hour drive!!!
