Great hotel with very nice rooms! We liked the number of outlets and bathroom space plus the easy parking within the parking structure on floor two. We stayed on floor 4 with hallway views of the inner courtyard with the pool.
The location isn't very close to restaurants or most businesses as it's on the other side of the freeway from Redwood City shops and food for the most part. Also, for families there is not a breakfast so be aware of that. There is no hot tub which would have been preferable to the pool on the cool days we were visiting.

the location of the hotel was perfect, the room was very quite. no sound from outside. very good blackout curtains. shower size was very nice. Free SHOWtime was very nice.
The curved twin couch/loveseat was Not very comfortable at all, Very hard and the seat was at a odd angle. the bed felt a tad to lumpy. the room refrigerator had a 2 hour time limit.. if you wanted your drinks or leftovers to stay cool you had to press the reset button every 2 hours. )0:

I checked in late so I didn't get to explore the facilities. My review is based on the hotel and my room. The hotel is very clean. The lobby has plenty of seating in the open or a little quiet space to read/relax. The style is very clean and modern which isn't me but I liked it. I splurged on a King Suite. The room was so cute and comfy. I slept real well in the bed. I liked the couch and that I didn't have to watch TV from my bed. Loved the TV options. I listened and danced to YouTube all night. The shower was a walk in and big. I really liked the room.
I didn't get to check out the gym or the pool but they looked nice. The only drawback was cleaning. I found a hash brown nugget in the folds of the chair. Also, the floor needed a good vacuuming. Oh, I couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights. A heads up during check in that you need to use your keycard to access electricity would have been nice. I did laugh when I finally figured it out.

I did not have more then a couple of Breakfasts, but the ones I did have were very good. The staff could not have been more friendly The location of the hotel was perfect for my stay The cleanness of the hotel
The fact that evening meals could not be provided at the weekends On my last weekend at the hotel a group of parents and children had been booked in and the children made a lot of noise and kept on running around the corridors

Non refundable dog deposit, I feel that’s if the dog doesn’t destroy or disturb, at least %50 of the $150 should be reimbursed.. BUT us crazy dog moms will do anything for their babies, and I would take my pup back in a heart beat and pay again LOL he’s had a blast!

No hand soap in the bathroom. Only one person answering phone, doing checkin, & sales. She needed more help as there were a large amount of people checking in at once.

The Price Charging a pet fee of 150 is just ridiculous .its insulting ,especially when you dont notify until check in.There is no way it costs you anywhere near this amount you have to clean the room either way .Dont treat people as if there stupid its insulting

Staff was amazing, especially Brandon at the front desk. Very clean property, nice snack area and great Starbucks cafe. Staff very friendly there too. Nice pool area! I did not use, but did not know they had one. They should advertise more on the pool. Great 1st experience. I'll be back!!!

The property was beautiful and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely choose this facility again if I’m ever in the area.
I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking. I didn’t know that parking wasn’t included until I checked in which made the pricing higher than I expected for one night.

The room was clean, beds pretty comfy, was great to have shampoo conditioner and body wash in shower for easy access.
That breakfast was only from 7 to 9am and that it wasn't included in the price of the hotel stay, coffee that we purchased was great but no flavored creamers, asked for extra towels and pillows through bookings and none in room upon arrival so had to call to request,a bit more dusting in rooms would be good light fixtures etc
