I reserved a room with a king size bed and sofa. Very pleasantly surprised by the room size and cleanliness. Bathroom was clean with a modern toilet and good shower amenities. Bed was quite comfortable and sheets were not itchy. Wifi was also solid! I think I got about 40-50 down and maybe 10 up with 8 ms ping. I was impressed. Free continental breakfast. Nothing fancy but hit the spot after getting out of bed. Rotation between cheese omelet, fried eggs, potatoes, sausage links/patties and meatballs. Your classic make-your-own waffles and an assortment of pastries and fruits. And of course coffee. Had everything I needed and the area was clean. Plus the lady who took care of the breakfast was very sweet and friendly. Great location as I was going between central Redwood City and Menlo Park/Stanford areas. Definitely planning to stay here again for my next visit. Did not try out the gym but will do so next time.

The TV is a bit on the small side. Even though there was a sign that said to use the wall unit to control AC, the wall unit did nothing and I actually had to use the buttons on the actual AC unit. Worked totally fine though I thought for a few hours something was broken. Vending machine outside was not accepting any dollar bills.

I always feel safe at this hotel, because I usually have to travel alone to this destination. The rooms are ALWAYS clean and right next to my parking space. Hotel staff is very accommodating, as I have physical limitations and need a handicap room. The best part is the affordable price and closeness to Stanford!!

The only minor 'issue' is that the cable TV sometimes has poor signal/reception, so you miss parts of the show or movie you're watching. I have no other possible things that could be improved!!

Good staff, polite and helpful young people (even found me a comb for free). Breakfast, although continental, but with scrambled eggs, which was a pleasant surprise. The lovely lady was constantly checking the food to make sure it was enough. The location is good, the hotel is on the main road, close to Stanford University, easily accessible by bus.

Didn't notice anything like that.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet even though the Inn is on a major street. I noticed that the person who might have been the manager took an active role in checking on the room cleaning and even pitching in.

It would have been helpful to have a little information about operating the TV, but I'm rather low-tech.

I like the fact that the motel admitted that they made a mistake apologize profusely and by far they were very nice and helpful

When I first got there there was $100 that was taken off my card that nobody could tell me where it went and they wanted to charge me the 599 for the week plus $200 deposit well I only had enough to pay for the $599 of the room and my boyfriend has a deposit but we didn't have enough to pay for it all together cuz $100 have been taking off my card upon being on the phone with the booking company for over an hour the motel finally admitted that they took the money off the card and it was for part of the deposit so we only had to pay $699 to stay after that was done and dealt with we were able to check in but the whole ordeal was very stressful

Great deal in an expensive area, large rooms, great bed, free parking. Conveniently located, decent breakfast.

Breakfast could have had healthier options. cleaning staff threw away my soap every single day, even though I was using it and it wasn’t anywhere near used up. front desk couldn’t provide an itemized invoice, so I had to continually contact booking customer service.

The safe in the closet. Nice place. Breakfast in the morning wasn't bad. They even have a small gym to work out in. If I would have stayed longer I would have checked it out. Guess I will have to check it out next time. If the place was funky at all, wouldn't be talking about a next time. I definitely recommend this place to people I like. Check it out! Late, John John

Definitely worth the value. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Also really liked the small details that I have yet to see at other budget-friendly hotels such as some of the toiletries, a recycle bin, a channel list on paper, even a tablet pillow holder. Makes you feel like they have taken request from previous stays in to concideration. The breakfast was also a great perk!

The financial aspect of it. Not sure why my card had to be ran 6 times for a 3 night stay. Couldn't really get clear answers about it either, but things eventually resolved on their own.

Location was great for mid-peninsula stay. Breakfast was much nicer than typical with eggs potatoes and meat. Spacious room was great for staying with infant with pack and play and lots of other gear. Included mini fridge and freezer were super helpful too. Nice that they had a little gym and laundry too (didn’t use the laundry)

Room was very very clean. Better than Mariott. Furniture was new, not stained or worn, and comfy. Nice bedsheets. Good rain shower without too much pressure and lots of nice hot water. Restrooms were extremely clean. Nice little touched like the free soaps being arranged and the complimentary breakfast were a nice touch to an amazing stay.
