The room is cozy and it comes with a refrigerator and microwave.. Staff very professional and organized. No roaches at all!!

The location, and was one of 2 lower price options. I picked because Franchise Quality or I hoped. This place could be a lot better if the Owner himself or herself just took time to go check things in rooms. The painters tape left everywhere, the shower head cant stay on wall and must be held because broken holder. The place needs some TLC. I am an easy person so gave it good review, but the details of these rooms would make many cringe. I book my places based on price, and usually price alone. But, I selected this one because I thought for the extra money I would get " Knights Inn" Franchise quality- I didnt
Bathroom shower in 102 cant stay on wall, painter tape everywhere, needs a good " dusting" and cleaning and windows cleaned. This place could be a 3 star franchise motel, but lacks personal touch and caring. I can see its between " fix it up and let it go to bankruptcy . Honestly, take $10 off your rates and beat the other low budget in town and spend your extra income on cleaning details

Registering was went well. The handicapped parking was great. Disappointed there was no use of the pool or no food available. Appreciated the table and chairs and coffee service, but not enough regular coffee or cups and would have appreciated tea.
Bathtub filled up to my ankles while taking a shower and was slow to drain. Toilet was too low. And I killed 2 roaches. Had to ask for extra towels, we needed 3 sets and there were only two. Not enough hangers for our clothes. Freezer was iced-up.

Having an in n out burger nextdoor was perfect....very personable staff, place was clean, everything worked, bed was very comfortable, happy overall.
The feeling that if it rained there it would be snow! Thankfully room heater worked just fine, hopefully never be on a motorcycle at night in Palmdale again, anytime soon, or ever .....

The overall service was very good and no problem about checking in and the room was very clean I would stay again and right now I'm trying to find them to take it to maybe for tomorrow would there be the 22nd the 23rd

clean, well kept, and close to shopping and dining.
The beds did seem really old or at least not well maintained. very noisy and sounded almost broke.
